GoHighLevel’s booking calendar should automatically detect each lead’s timezone, just like Calendly and other scheduling tools, so clients worldwide see available slots in their local time without scrolling through a long list. It’s a basic feature that removes friction and prevents prospects from abandoning the booking process.

New Feature: allow ability to see that a deposit was paid or the appointment was paid in full for an appointment on the calendar view without having to click into the appointment to see the details for every single appointment Example: in Acuity in the upper right corner of the appointment in the calendar view has: Paid-in-Full is denoted by a bolded $; Deposit Paid is denoted by a faint $; no deposit/not paid does not have anything As a medical assistant (or anyone) who is checking in patients/clients where payment is needed for the appointment, it is important for me to be able to see at a glance whether someone has paid their deposit or paid in full without having to click into every single appointment. If this is not added: it wastes a significant amount of time of people who are checking in a large number of patients/clients

Be able to mark an email as spam and block it from coming into the system. Because I’m charged for every email that comes through the system, there should be a way to block unwanted emails. Not all emails come with unsubscribe options.

New Feature: Ability to use color coded labels for appointments and to be able to see the label from the calendar view As a medical assistant (or anyone who is checking in a patient/client), I need to be able to add labels to appointments so that I can see at a glance whether an appointment is virtual or needs specific follow up without having to click into every single appointment and look at notes. This feature is currently available in Acuity (Squarespace) scheduling If this feature is not added, it wastes significant time for front desk staff having to look at details of appointments again and again throughout the day Images included: 1) View in Acuity where labels can be selected to add to an appointment, 2) view in Acuity of the calendar where you can see that a label has been applied by the present of a colored square in the upper right of the appointment

Develop a comprehensive Dispatching feature to help businesses efficiently manage schedules and adapt to changes seamlessly. Key functionalities could include: ➕ Efficient Scheduling: Create and optimize schedules to assign the right technician to the right job every time, considering location, skillset, and job priority. ➕ Real-Time Adjustments: Enable easy handling of unexpected scheduling changes or emergencies with drag-and-drop functionality and automated notifications. ➕ Resource Allocation: Visualize technician availability and workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization. ➕ Profitability Insights: Track performance metrics, such as on-time arrival rates and job completion efficiency, to identify opportunities to improve profitability. ➕ Integration: Sync with CRM, job costing (see my comment under the Project Management idea), and billing systems for a seamless workflow from scheduling to invoicing. Hi, it would be nice to be able to to sync Acuity to GHL for clients who are moving over from Acuity to GHL. A lot of clients love acuity for the recurring appointment feature as well so it would be nice to see it on GHL as well. Please, please, please update us as soon as this is available! <3 Thanks!
