James Hurst: Access Contact From Bulk Stats Log
After sending bulk email and reviewing bounces etc, it would be great to be able to click on a contact from the bulk log and maybe tweak the email for typos etc.
custom fields editing and updating
Would be great if we could update custom fields for forms and contacts. For example, single line values to multi lines, checkboxes, etc.
Delete items listed on bulk actions
It would be amazing if we could delete bulk action from our list
Drip function for bulk requests
My idea is that we add a function in bulk requests to drip out text messages automatically rather than manually. Let’s say your client has a list of only 1000 people. With this new function you could upload the this with the same tag and select how many people you would like to send a text to everyday. That way you could send only 10 texts a day for example with only having to set it up once rather than having to set it up 100 times with the current method of bulk requests. HIGHLVL-I-449
Add edit option in the Bulk Actions
There must be the edit option. we cannot edit the changes to the email once it is scheduled HIGHLVL-I-2704
Cancel bulk actions
There should be a way to cancel bulk actions when they are processing or scheduled. HIGHLVL-I-3299
Include Preview Of Sent SMS or Email Under "Bulk Actions" Tab
Currently, Bulk Actions only shows who a message was shown to and the success/failure rate, but you CAN NOT view what the message was unless you dive into a contact and try to sort through all communication. Ideally, we should be able to see exactly what was sent to the specific audience without having to drill down into a contact and search for it. HIGHLVL-I-7066
Change or Cancel SMS or Email - Contact Bulk Actions
It would be great to be able to either cancel or edit an SMS text or Email that has been scheduled to go out under the new contact bulk action feature.For example, a client asked me if I could shoot out a simple SMS text wishing their clients a Merry Christmas. I scheduled this to take place at 10 AM EST. At 9:58 AM EST, they asked if I could make a simple change to the SMS text message that was going out, but there was no way to do this.What if it could be added to the Bulk Request section if it's a scheduled message, and just like with Bulk Request, we could stop it and then delete it from going out? I think this idea is a must for the sake of user experience! HIGHLVL-I-2609
