Chat Bubble Z-Index & Positioning
I need to be able to adjust the z-index and have not been able to find anyway to adjust this without manually writing code for it. The specific issue that I'm having is due to including a cookie consent banner on a client's website and I need it to appear above the chat widget. AccessiBe has an excellent UI for customizing their accessibility widget. It allows you to change the position and appearance of the widget, then export the code to use on a website.
Review Widget Only Showing Positive Reviews
I would like the website review widget to be able to show only the positive reviews on a website. It used to have this feature. (Look at 6:35 of this training video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EyHip6DuOPw ) No client wants to display bad reviews on their website. There should be a way to control the reviews being displayed on the website widget.
No mobile option for chat widget
Currently on the chat bubble it requires a mobile - should be optional
Make chatbot editable
Allow color changes, spacing, alignment, gradient, integrated forms, etc -- all inside chatbot. All you need to do is add a "custom code section" under Sites > Chat Widget, where locations can specify all the visual & form details via code. This is should be a very low effort ask.
Ability to have selected options in chat window
Ability to have selectable button options in the website chat window that pops up for site visitors that they can click on.. ie schedule appointment, FAQ, Request call back etc
Make the Chat Widget translatable (change text)
It would be very helpful, if we could translate/change the form text and the thank you message! As an expample... I can´t use the widget for my german clients so this would be a great help. HIGHLVL-I-2719
Change language in website chat widget
Have the ability to change the language in the chat widget form fields like "Name," "Phonenumber," and "Message," so that non-English speaking countries can use their native language throughout the whole chat widget. This would add a much more professional and legit look compared to the half-half approach.
Enable WebChat to actually have live chat function
It seems obvious to have a WebChat to actually have live chat function like Tawk or similar. Otherwise seems like a simple form that pops up, I may be under stating the function, but a Live Chat would be really useful when pushed in to the Conversations page of the accounts.
