Ability to show a given tag's usage across a location.
It would be great to have an easy way to see which workflows are using a given tag, and where in the workflow, i.e. where the tag is being added, removed, or used as a filter in triggers or action steps, like if/else. This will help greatly in system management and debug.
Email Stats Reporting
Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks! Birds Eye Agency Reporting!
I NEED to have a simple Pivot Table like this for a count on current Opportunity Stages across all locations The Rows are obviously the locations and the Columns are the Appointment Stages and then it just displays a count of how many opportunities are in that stage for that location. Calendar Report : the ability to select a User to see his results
I want to be able to select a specific User (same as in opportunities, or task ... ) to see what are his results and his bookings Reports . Actually we have to export to Gsheet if you want to check for that particular User, but it great to be able to select USer

I would to see the Source of lead on this rapport to see our main stream of leads. and other custom values ... the actual source shows the user who booked the meeting, but i would like to see the reel source like facebook ad123 ...

Basic Reporting Section (Allow PDF/Excel/CSV Export as well as Automated Reports Sent to Client)
I've had multiple clients ask what kind of reporting is available. It would be really nice to have a "Reports" section where we could generate at least basic reports to start. Features of Reports: Generate PDF Export to CSV/Excel Setup a Recurring Report that is generated and emailed out to someone automatically each month. Types of Reports: Source Report - How many leads came in from what source during a specific date range. Tags Report - How many leads were given a specific tag during a specific date range. Won Report - How many leads were won during a specific date range. Lost Report - How many leads were lost during a specific date range. Abandoned Report - How many leads were abandoned during a specific date range. Average Response Time - This report would show how long it is taking for staff to respond to incoming messages. Show "Link clicks" instead of "Clicks(All)" on HL Facebook Ads dashboard
I'd like for the Facebook Ad report to show link clicks not All Clicks. The reason is, my clients want to see how many people clicked on the ad to go to the landing page. Not just all clicks (which could be someone liking the ad or any other random click). I'd also like to see the cost per link click. not the cost per any click.
Mark Call as Spam > so call reporting is cleaner
We receive a lot of spam calls on one of our sub accounts. It affects the call reporting. If I don't grab a call because my phone screen is letting me know it is spam, I don't want it to affect my reporting. I'd like to mark the call as spam.
