Sales Goals Tracking in Reporting Module – Compare Statistics vs. Goals Directly in the CRM
We would love to see a feature added to the Reporting module that allows users to set and track sales goals, and compare them directly against actual statistics and performance data — all from within the CRM. Here is what we have in mind: Goal Setting in the Reporting Module: Users should be able to define sales goals (e.g., number of deals closed, revenue targets, number of qualified leads, conversion rates, etc.) for a given period (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Statistics vs. Goals Comparison: The reporting dashboard should display a clear visual comparison between the goals set and the actual results achieved. This could be shown via progress bars, charts, or color-coded indicators (e.g., green if on track, orange if slightly behind, red if far from goal). CRM Integration: This feature should be accessible and visible directly within the CRM interface, so that sales reps and managers can instantly see — without switching tools — whether they are on track, ahead, or behind on their goals based on the actions and activities logged in the CRM (calls made, opportunities moved, deals closed, etc.). Actions Taken vs. Goals: We would also like to be able to track CRM activity (actions taken: emails sent, calls logged, pipeline stage changes, etc.) and see how those actions relate to goal progression. This would help teams understand if the volume and quality of their CRM activity is aligned with hitting their targets. This feature would be a major improvement for sales team management and performance tracking, making GoHighLevel an even more powerful all-in-one CRM and reporting platform. Thank you for considering this request!
