Birds Eye Agency Reporting!
I NEED to have a simple Pivot Table like this for a count on current Opportunity Stages across all locations The Rows are obviously the locations and the Columns are the Appointment Stages and then it just displays a count of how many opportunities are in that stage for that location. Email Stats Reporting
Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks! Activity Summary Report Emails
Podium, Monday type automated report summary emails to be sent to selected account emails. Clients like to have data presented to show things like New Leads, New Opportunities, Won Opportunity’s, Lost Opportunities, Open Opportunities & Value. An activity report also (like we get at agency level) SMS, Emails Calls, Phone calls & talk time.
Basic Reporting Section (Allow PDF/Excel/CSV Export as well as Automated Reports Sent to Client)
I've had multiple clients ask what kind of reporting is available. It would be really nice to have a "Reports" section where we could generate at least basic reports to start. Features of Reports: Generate PDF Export to CSV/Excel Setup a Recurring Report that is generated and emailed out to someone automatically each month. Types of Reports: Source Report - How many leads came in from what source during a specific date range. Tags Report - How many leads were given a specific tag during a specific date range. Won Report - How many leads were won during a specific date range. Lost Report - How many leads were lost during a specific date range. Abandoned Report - How many leads were abandoned during a specific date range. Average Response Time - This report would show how long it is taking for staff to respond to incoming messages. Our clients need monthly Google Ads and FB ads analytics reports and it would be super helpful if we could export those reports directly from HL since we all just work in the system anyway. Instead of using another program or switching back and forth, just being able to get those reports directly on here would probably be super helpful!
Ability to see survey reports
Pretty much be able to see results and percentages. same way survey gizmo does it HIGHLVL-I-537
Response Rate in Reporting
I see there's part in the reporting where you can see the calls stats. We would like to see stats for those who responded via all channels so we know how many responded to our campaign or messages. We have created an automation/workflow to update a custom field everytime a lead responds but it is not always working. Custom field will stay empty even when the contact already responded or received our call.
Add Facebook Ads Message objectives (as messages) as conversions or column
We run a lot of Facebook Ads campaigns with the message objective, but today there is no information about it on the GHL reporting. Can you add like it is a conversion or at least a column for that?
Best Performing Emails Reporting
Can we add a feature in the Reporting or Email area to generate a summary report of Email Stats - Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Replied, Bounced (with filters and sorting capabilities), not just individual reports from the Campaigns stats. Currently, you only have to click on each email to see their stats but it would be great to have this summarized too.
