Email Stats Reporting
Looking for High Level to implement a report showing the email stats in the reporting area. Would like it to show delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, response rate, etc. We have had numerous requests for this. At the very least, can you provide an option in campaigns to export the stat data? We can't do anything with it currently and have to manually copy it over to excel to provide a report. Thanks! More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports. Can we URGENTLY get this done?
Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language) Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.
Hosted Video Stats Reporting
Highlevel already tracks the "percent viwed" of a hosted video on funnel pages because there are triggers for this in workflows. I'd like to be able to SEE those stats in the reporting page. E.g. If I have a VSL setup on a funnel page, I'd like to see the average percent watched, where people stop watching, how many unique watchers, etc. At the moment, this information is hidden, but Highlevel is able to see this data to fire workflows already, I just would like it to be visible. The reporting would be similar to Wistia or Vidalytics. Just basic stats about the video is needed to see if the video is holding viewer attention or not.
Availability in Multiple Languages
We have had clients request for the High Level dashboard to be made available in multiple languages, namely Spanish and Arabic. HIGHLVL-I-634
SMS/Channels Stats Reporting
High Level should create a new reporting menu that displays similar stats as Call Reporting but of SMS or Channel activity. I think everyone would benefit if they can see stats like: Graph Total Number Sent Total Number Replied Total Number Didn't Reply Percentage Sent Percentage Replied Percentage Didn't Reply First Time Messaging Average Number of Messages per Conversation by SMS/Channel etc
Revenue Report by Lead Source
Add a feature that allows a report in CRM that can break down the revenue by lead source. For ex. (Win/Loss/Open)
Add SEO and Google Analytics to Dashboard
It would be great if we could integrate Google Analytics and Search Console into the dashboard for clients so they can see the amount of organic traffic vs. previous time periods and keyword improvements, etc. Being able to integrate these items for the marketers that also provide SEO would be very beneficial. I would love to be able to show the organic funnel that leads to a conversion and being able to import goals from Google Analytics. This is similar to WebCEO.com a popular tool for SEO (see screenshot below) HIGHLVL-I-874
Reporting with Time Frames (last week, today, yesterday, etc.)
The ability to see phone calls, number of leads in a certain time frame. Divide by all campaigns and individual campaigns. Click on the number and see a list of those people. HIGHLVL-I-27
