I notice when building a website, colour palettes and image library are available for each new page. But when creating a funnel for the same account, the colour palettes and images don't cross over so need to find to recreate for each page. Same goes for membership site and products and offers. Could we have a function in each client account where brand colours and fonts and images are always available once created in once place and made available in all places. HIGHLVL-I-6032

This enhancement would allow a user to search for and locate content for digital assets, e.g., Discussions, Courses, Channels, Learning/Events, knowledge base, etc. This feature is standard in other Community platforms, such as membership.io . It is a powerful tool that helps community members find content, such as video and audio clips, documents, conversations, and other media, anywhere in the community.

When a user logs into the library they should be able to see top level view of all the courses in the library BUT they can only access what they have purchased. If they click on a course they have not purchased it should take the user to the sales page for that course. If they have access it will take them to the the course. This will entice users to look around and buy courses they may not have access too.

I would like the ability to host podcasts directly inside GoHighLevel and publish episodes across all major podcast platforms — similar to RSS.com and Kajabi. Key Needs: • Host and manage multiple podcasts inside GHL • Upload or record audio, add show notes, episode titles, and artwork • Auto-generate an RSS feed and distribute with one click to: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google/YouTube Podcasts, Amazon, and more • Embed a customizable podcast player on funnels, websites, and memberships • Allow public or private podcasts (great for paid programs) • Basic analytics: downloads, listeners, platforms, retention

Would be great to have more analytics, what is here is weak. We should be able to see what dates people logged in and how much time they were there.

Currently, GoHighLevel allows us to track course progress (e.g. lesson completed), but there is no native way to track actual time spent inside a course, either per lesson, per category, or across the entire course. This becomes a critical limitation for compliance-driven education programs such as: State-certified licensing courses Continuing education (CE) programs Regulated training where minimum seat time is legally required Example use case: A client offers a state-certified licensing course and must verify that learners spend at least 24 total hours actively inside the course before releasing a completion certificate. Simply clicking through lessons is not sufficient for compliance. Ideal functionality: Track time spent per lesson Track time spent per category/module Track total cumulative time spent in a course Store this data at the contact level Make the data available inside Workflows (If/Else conditions) Workflow example: If Total Course Time ≥ 24 hours → Unlock certificate / grant access Else → Block certificate + notify learner of remaining required time Why this matters: Prevents learners from skipping or fast-clicking through content Enables GHL to support regulated education & certification markets Removes the need for external LMS platforms or custom tracking scripts Opens up new use cases for agencies serving education, healthcare, real estate, insurance, and government-regulated training providers Current gap: While lesson completion is trackable, actual engagement time is not, making it impossible to enforce minimum learning hours using native GHL logic.

It would be helpful if we could pass custom values, specifically the student's name, to typeform and other external software, in the way that Thinkific can.

If we could utilize the website builder to create a custom membership site, that would be incredible. For example, instead of thinking of memberships as courses and offers, I would love to build out a membership site that had access to digital downloads and have the ability to gate keep certain website pages as accessible to only active members.

I want to add the Chat Widget to a Membership Area (as I can do in Funnels and Websites) but there is no Custom CSS or Custom JS section for a Membership Area to be able to add the code. A Custom JS section and Custom CSS Section would allow this.In addition to my use case for a ChatWidget, this would also be useful for many other use cases like styling, adding extra functionality via buttons, etc. MEMBER-I-74

The only difference between 'all courses' and 'my courses' in a user Library is "the courses that are under progress will be listed under My Courses and all the purchased courses will be listed under All Courses." This is confusing. A better naming system for this would be much clearer for students, such as In Progress/All Courses. Or better yet, option to show ALL courses, and option to purchase within the library :)
