Allow Opportunity Custom Fields in Forms/Surveys
Please add the ability to add Opportunity Custom fields into forms and surveys. There are several use cases (support ticket functionality, sales opportunity data, product purchase onboarding when clients purchase multiple quantities of the same product, etc...) This would also clean up over crowded contact fields.
FORMS - Allow custom values to be updated with forms
Currently, there seems to be 2 ways to update custom values, go to settings > custom values and "hack away" or build a form somewhere else and use Zapier/Make to update custom values through the API. I would like to suggest that GHL add the custom values to the form editor to allow us to create a form that will allow us to edit custom values in a slightly more controlled way. So allow a form created in an account to update the custom values for that account, that is my ask.
Change Date Picker Formatting to MM-DD-YYYY
Currently the format on a form for dates is YYYY-MM-DD, I would prefer it to be MM-DD-YYYY or to have the ability to change it
Add "Time Signed" to Form Submission PDF
We are already capturing a lot of good data on the form submissions. Things like the URL, the time signed, probably the IP address. This request is to add these pieces of information to the corresponding PDF that is generated to start approaching legally binding documents.
The ability to create quiz funnels in order to send people to a LANDING PAGE based on their answers like Bucket.io
Create Multi-Step Form
I would love the ability to break my lengthy forms into multiple steps. Also the ability to add conditions that show the user appropriate fields based on their first answers.
File upload types in forms needs to be expanded (add HEIF, HEIC, webp, etc.)
Apple phones natively use HEIF or HEIC image file types which take up about 1/2 the space as .jpg files. Implementing this would if nothing else save server space. Use Case: Worker in the field preparing a quote uploads images and other data via a GHL form. That form becomes part of the contact's record. As it is now, Apple users either can't upload any images or have to change their native image type to something that takes up more space.
👉 SMS Verification Text With A Random Code
👉 Tired of getting leads with bad phone numbers?Let's have a feature that after someone fills a form on our website, they receive a text with a random code, and they need to enter code to verify their phone number is correct. (please see image attached). And if they entered a wrong phone number, they can click on "edit phone number", which will send them a text to the new phone number + update their phone number in HL. (please see image attached).Twilio already has this feature, we just need to have it integrated with HL.If you're tired of getting leads with bad phone numbers, or your clients are frustrated because they waste their time calling wrong numbers, please vote this idea.If you see the value in this feature, please vote this idea and share it with others. Thanks. Here 's a video made by Twilio regarding this feature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekv6Xh_Im5cHere's the link of this idea: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/ideas/HIGHLVL-I-3706Please share the link with other HighLevel users, thanks! 💪 HIGHLVL-I-3706
Add option to send Form Submissions into Conversations
When a user submits a form, there should be an option to send the form content into the conversation tab as if it was an inbound email so that a user could respond to the submission
Document Signing - Replace PandaDoc, Docusign, Etc. (We're so close!)
Like Docusign allow uploading files, assigning fields to be complete, and capturing signature. We have the secured signatures now, but there are many other business documents that need to be signed digitally, not just proposals. The highlevel marketing materials say you can replace other form softwares. Take on Pandadoc, docusign, and others by allowing users to map their own fields on a form. Allow us to select which fields map to a contact or opportunity and let us get them signed! Please and thank you :)
