Allow Custom Object fields to work in forms so that we can have more options for creating/updating Custom Objects. For example, using a Chamber of Commerce: Having a member Custom Object with fields for organization information, membership level, renewal date, etc. This would allow us to build forms for the members to update certain points of information about their organization as they change that would be used in a public-facing member roster (that gets populated by the Custom Object list once automations are in place). This would also allow Chamber staff to manually update renewal and status information.

reCAPTCHA is easy enough to add to individual forms. I'm curious if GHL is considering options for v3 reCAPTCHA considering v2 is no longer as effective in blocking spam.

The formatting of forms on mobile does not usually match the desktop view. Give us the option to adjust the mobile view.

Currently, the forms do not have the ability to disable public links, only delete. When deleting the form, it deletes the submission data. We need the ability to inactivate a certain form so it cannot be accessed using the public link and preserve the submission data. This would mirror the capability from JotForm.

Many businesses use GoHighLevel forms as their primary method of tracking conversions from their website. This is important information to track in Google Analytics, which is made possible through the integration of Google Tag Manager. If there were a way to integrate Google Tag Manager installation to forms (and all "site" components) that would be extremely useful for conversion tracking.

A Pay What You Want option for order forms would allow customers to seamlessly add a custom tip alongside existing products and bumps - giving them the freedom to add a tip while minimizing steps before checkout.

These ARE NOT CUSTOM OBJECTS, they are contacts and we need to be able to associate them with each other and CONTACT them Current Workarounds Are Inefficient Right now, users are forced to: ❌ Store all contacts under one primary contact, making it difficult to manage relationships. What happens if that contact leaves the company? ❌ Ask clients to submit multiple forms, which creates frustration. ❌ Manually add contacts later, which is time-consuming and inefficient. ❌ Store them as custom objects, then we have to manually recreate them as Contacts to be able to CONTACT them Competitors Already Offer This GoHighLevel is falling behind. Platforms like Jotform & Cognito Forms ALREADY allow users to create multiple contacts in a single form and associate them properly. Please add the option to make form payments recurring at any frequency the customer chooses. This would round out the ability for nonprofit organizations to request variable amount donations.

Right now, we can do almost every file extension, but no videos. IMO we need this Use case: Video Review collecting.

We want the ability with a form to be able to: Search Field 1) Query an external api for a search and when an option is chosen it becomes the result of that field. Dynamic Options 2) Query an API to return specific option choices for a field. This means we can dynamically add/remove fields to align with other systems. The tooling for this is available in marketplace custom applications for custom field results inside workflow actions. We want to extend that to forms so we can help integrate better with other systems that need very specific data. Constantly updating form fields with these other systems fields is tedious and easy to break data integrity.
