Here's the problem: Healthcare professionals(and other professionals, but I will stick with healthcare for illustrative purposes) spend too much time chasing patients for forms. A patient arrives at an appointment without filling out their medical history, causing delays and wasting valuable time. Therapists, doctors, and wellness centers deal with this every day. Allow users to update their contact info and their communication preferences in the client portal.

Needs to have an app for appointment booking. Refer to something like acuity, Booksy, or squire. Clients should be able to sign in to save their details, such as card details, and other important information.

Right now we can only have 1 (one) Client Portal per Location (Sub Account). This means Client Portal settings such as "App Permissions" is Location-wide. Use Case: Allowing multiple Client Portals per Location (Sub Account) would allow Account Admins (and Agencies) to effectively set up different Client Portals with different configurations (i.e. different domains, different App Permissions, Different Groups/Courses, etc. etc.) for different target demographics & purposes. Perhaps an Account Admin would want to set up a Client Portal specifically for billing purposes, and a different Client Portal for their Affiliate Program, and a different Client Portal for their Community Group, and a different Client Portal for their Courses... This would allow for more flexibility for Account Admins/Agencies to effectively keep the use-cases (namely the App Permissions) as separate concerns entirely. No more having confused customers asking why they see a certain area in the Client Portal that is not relevant/for to them.

When you RSVP for one date of a recurring event, it automatically marks you as registered for every event. Same when you decline a registration for one date of a recurring event, you are automatically marked as 'not coming' to all dates. You cannot RSVP or unregister for only 1 date in recurring events. This is catastrophic for event organisers.

The Ability to use custom fields to display dynamic data inside of the client portal unique to each person logged in. We would love the ability to display details that users have submitted through forms, surveys or assigned custom fields. Also the option for the user to edit specific custom fields as well from inside the client portal.

Allow for creation of global pages with custom content as well as client-specific pages where we could individualize content to the specific company or user in the portal.

It would also be awesome if client has the ability to upgrade their subscription plan from their account.
