Relationship In Contact
It would be great if two or more contacts can be linked throught a relationship.
Multiple Phone Numbers per Contact
I want to import a list of contacts that have both Home and Work phone numbers, but as of now there can only be one number in a contacts profile. Once this is created, there would need to be a clear delineation as to which number should be used for SMS campaigns. HIGHLVL-I-1529
Upload a file (image or doc) to a contact/card in an oppertunity
It would be super handy if; We could attached a file or image to a contact, ideally when it is in the opportunity stage. As a deal moves through the pipeline to proposal sent, or contract signed etc. Being able to attach that proposal or contract to the contact so it there for future records would be very beneficial. If a business does this process currently they would need to store these records on an external platform.Instead of keeping everything in higher level. here is a link to how hubspot have set it up - https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/contacts/add-and-remove-attachments-from-recordsCheers HIGHLVL-I-544
Have separate DND for SMS and Email!
The only option for people to be added into DND and not be contacted anymore is on both channels of SMS and email. You can unsubscribe from emails only. But when you unsubscribe from SMS the contact gets unsubscribed and added to DND for both email and text. It would be great if we had the option to unsubscribe and resubscribe people from SMS and email marketing separately. HIGHLVL-I-5497
Add A Search Function to Tag Filters!
When I filter contacts by tags, currently there isn't a SEARCH function. I have over 100 tags so I have to manually scroll through all the tags alphabetically to find the right tag. Would LOVE to see a quick little search feature added right above the tags as I show in this video here: https://www.loom.com/share/34ece356b66c4a2585f362c15ec72d64
Add "Website URL" As Custom Field Type
Please add 'Website URL' as a custom field type for contacts and companies. Use case: being able to click on links from a contact or company record to external links (social media pages, 3rd party systems, Google Drive / Dropbox links etc)
Additional Contact Types
Currently Contact Type is hard coded. A contact is either a lead or a customer. Well for one of my businesses, the contact isn't either one of those. I would love the ability to add additional contact types and a way to define what is the default value. HIGHLVL-I-5888
Assign Multiple Users/Teams To One Contact
We need the ability to assign multiple users see a contact, plus the ability to then assign a Primary User that all automated communication comes from. Here's the use case: New lead comes in and is assigned to a Setter. Setter is assigned as the primary user so any automated communication comes from the setter contact info. The setter needs to always stay assigned as the "setter" so we can track reporting and performance based on the appointments that setter has booked. Setter set a sales appointment. They use the calendar to book the appointment and we have a toggle in the calendar settings to choose if we want the assigned calendar owner to not only be assigned to the contact, but be the primary owner assigned. Which means all automated convos will come from the assigned closer. The setter is still tied to this contact for viewing status of the sale and taking it back over as needed. The setter and closer are also part of a regional sales team. The regional sales manager only wants to see the contacts within their team, but they don't need to be the primary user. They just need permission to see all contact activity within their team. In the end the solution seems to be: Teams Manager Role and permissions: You already have a team feature. Please create the ability to assign a Manager role to a team. That manager now only sees contacts within their team. Plus all users in that team can see contacts in their team. This needed because we have several setters that work different shifts. Many times, Setter A initiates the contacting, but they go off shift... then a prospect replies and we needs Setter B that's now on shift to reply and continue the convos in order to get a booked appointment. Create Different Roles with custom permissions: So we can jump into the settings and click "setup user roles". click "create role" and we can name it whatever we want that makes sense to the client model. i.e Setter, Closer, Sales Manager. Each role can have their own custom permissions if we'd like. Assign multiple users to a contact that have different roles to play. For example: Setter Role & Closer Role. So now we can create a new user on our team and give them the Setter Role which we've customized with our own certain permissions. The setter is now assigned to the contact as "the setter". But they hand off contact to another user that has "Closer Role" when they book a sales appointment. So now the contact has two users assigned to them. Setter stayed assign but now we have Closer too.
