This would be incredibly helpful to make sure I'm not making any typos when sending out emails or texts to individual contacts. I see there is a spell checker on the email marketing campaigns tab and the conversations tab, but not directly on the contact. HIGHLVL-I-6755

Set Event Start Date is looking for a Date and Time Custom Field, but you can't even create a custom field of type Date/Time despite being asked for 2-3 years ago and being basic to all CRMs. https://www.loom.com/share/883e0160b45e46bbb08add9f5613c310

This will allow us to link to things like google docs from a custom field or one click to look at their website and other social profiles!!! HIGHLVL-I-685

Please add 'Website URL' as a custom field type for contacts and companies. Use case: being able to click on links from a contact or company record to external links (social media pages, 3rd party systems, Google Drive / Dropbox links etc)

In case your sub-account has contacts owned by several companies and each one of them requires a different service. For example: In the audit business several Quality managers handles 3 or 4 production facilities and each one need a different service.

I am accumulating a lot of tags. Often the tags are for one section of my business. I would love a way to categorize them into folders. Thank you for your consideration

How can I change the browser tabs to show the contact name instead of the CRM name? My other CRM's do this.

There should be a way, if you disable two-way sync, to just use a BCC email that will log the email you send to the proper contact based on their email. Why it matters: Logging into GHL to send every email is a barrier to logging conversations with contacts, but logging all emails to contacts is also problematic because it means other admins and some users can read your emails, some of which may contain sensitive data . I am the owner of my company but also the primary business development person. All my employees are contacts, and if I email them about something sensitive, I don't want it showing up in High Level. A potential solution: If 2-way email sync is disabled, allow for a unique (to the GHL user) BCC email, which will log the email to the contact in GHL. It would be great if this also allowed for a contact to be created (even though it will likely lack first and last name and other data if they are not already a contact. Benefits: This helps overcome nervousness about "everything" being seen in GHL, when all we need is business/sales related conversations, and also creates an easier way for people to log conversations on the go without needing to log in. I loved the inbox/conversations, and that I could reply from within it, until I realized it was logging ALL my emails where others could see them. Given the fac t that many business owners wear multiple hats (including HR) this is a bit of a liability. I hope this solution can be implemented quickly!

It makes me really upset how so an crm like this don't have so basic future in place. The issue is that to adjust any data in the contacts fields I have to open every one of them or my employees, what takes a double time they need to do their work. It would be very important to fix basic stuff like this. So my team can work more effectively. If more explanation is needed, let me know.
