Please add 'Website URL' as a custom field type for contacts and companies. Use case: being able to click on links from a contact or company record to external links (social media pages, 3rd party systems, Google Drive / Dropbox links etc)

Add a URL type to custom objects so a user can click a link to open a page, preferably in an iframe, to show an external URL.
Use case for this is a custom CRM that links Jobs to a contact, but to view the Job page in the Custom CRM they can click the link in the Custom Object that will open the external page in an iFrame within GHL. Think detailed job information for a customer without having to manually copy and paste the URL or keep a separate window open.

Frankly speaking, while this would be a desirable feature, what is REALLY missing in GHL is GHL's ability to automatically convert URL links a user enters into a clickable link. Other CRM and marketing platforms have been having that feature for years, e.g. Asana.

I would also love the ability to make that link formatted as a button. My use case would be to put a webhook behind the button that could create a new google sheet from a template and link it to that opportunity or contact. This would make a huge impact for GHL to become extremely useful and tailored to the sub account.
