Ability to have survey uploaded into Documents on the Contacts page for staff to review while talking to clients.

The ability to customize and design like we can with a funnel page with sections, rows and columns to be able to add images side by side if needed and also to have the image be clickable to select for the survey option. Doesn't work only have $ as available currency when creating custom fields when HighLevel can be used in multiple currency.

Ability to choose a date and time from a specific calendar further in a survey. Currently, they have to complete the survey then get redirected to a separate booking page where they may or may-not book.

Currently, the immediately disqualify option doesn't submit the survey, so you can't trigger workflows off of it or save the contact info that has already been entered in.

I have clients who would love to send confidential surveys via the crm to other team members but not have other team members be able to see them. If there was a way we could make survey submissions private to only the user who built the survey that would be amazing.

Please add the ability to customise custom field fonts, font sizes, placeholder text, etc from within the survey builder. When making a custom survey, and using many custom fields for specific questions, the ability to customise how this looks, increasing the font size, or change the question text, weight, or boldness would be a massive improvement. Currently, the default font is used, which does not stand out well, and the placeholder text inside of the answer boxes for text questions is very small.

I noticed that the GHL Forms have the ability to create one column and 2 column etc forms, but you can't do the same in surveys. With some field types, you can rearrange the layout of the options but not the fields like name or email, etc.
