Love the feature on surveys that "create contact on partial completion" BUT it's limiting beyond the contact made. I think the survey should have an option in the settings to then toggle on "Automatic Tag" then select tag" OR Automatic "Create Contact Source" when a contact is created or updated with a partial completion. That way there can be more done like follow-ups or automations once a contact is made.

Ability to choose a date and time from a specific calendar further in a survey. Currently, they have to complete the survey then get redirected to a separate booking page where they may or may-not book.

Please add the ability to customise custom field fonts, font sizes, placeholder text, etc from within the survey builder. When making a custom survey, and using many custom fields for specific questions, the ability to customise how this looks, increasing the font size, or change the question text, weight, or boldness would be a massive improvement. Currently, the default font is used, which does not stand out well, and the placeholder text inside of the answer boxes for text questions is very small.

We need the ability for users to select "Other (Please specify)" with multiple choice or radio buttons in case the option the user needs is not part of the list. It gives them the ability to add an option.

Typeform and calendly have an integration in which someone fills out the typeform and then the caledly calendar populates without it loading up another page. This reduces the drop off/friction for qualified leads. I know that you can add forms in to your calendar, but it still allows unqualified leads to book, instead it should have conditional logic to the form and redicrect based on an answer, but rather than redirect, the action should take place on the page and not load up a whole new page - this will prevent drop offs. We have seen a 50% drop off rate when someone fills out the form and it loads up a new page. To prevent this, it should happen all in one page

to have a built in support ticket system like https://www.groovehq.com/ or zendesk.... to manage support requests.

Currently, the text isn't visible on mobile devices. For some visitors, it's not clear enough that the right arrow means 'next.' I'd like to propose adding an option to turn this text on or off for mobile devices.

I'm having my clients fill out a rather lengthy survey. Is there a way that they can save the survey to come back to at a later time to complete? HIGHLVL-I-6060

The "spread to columns" feature for surveys doesn't work on mobile. Andre from support said: "...that functionality is not available for mobile phones it will only work with the desktop view...they are looking to update forms but don't have an exact timeline however." I've added my screenshots of the limitations with "spread to column" using radio buttons on mobile. All this focus on AI and we are missing the absolute fundamentals. 😫
