Add a basic math operation widget where we can perform calculations to get conversion rate. It would be giving each count widget an id OR setting them as variable to perform the calculation.

Love the potential for the new CUSTOM METRIC Widgets in the dashboard builder. But, they are lacking metric customizability via conditional options for each metric type. For example: the only thing you can filter for when choosing Opportunities within the custom metric calculation is the date field you want to choose from. We need to be able to use the full range of conditions that we can use in typical opportunities widgets to make this useful. (ie, pipeline, stage, value, custom values, etc.)) ALSO, the opportunities conditionally chosen to build the custom metrics should abide by the user-assigned filters that you can use at the dashboard viewing level.

Would love the ability to see how many reviews we've received in a specific timeframe as a widget on the dashboard.

We'd love to use Dashboard Widgets to automate our reporting. Here's an idea of what we are looking to Dashboard: -Customers added with a tag (this already exists) -emails/sms sent to those customers (with open rates) -funnel page views -forms submitted (number)

I currently have our sales teams goals on a whiteboard, but since the reporting is already done in high level, I would love to be able to set goals and see chart progress, or even compete with other salesmen, front and center on the dashboard. Great CRM, would be great to manage the sales team goals front and center too.

We would like to be able to add some of the saved custom values onto the dashboard

We’re seeing a lot of new features being released — especially around AI — which is great. But one fundamental piece is still missing: 👉 the ability to build fully customizable dashboards inside sub-accounts. Today, any serious business needs to: • track KPIs in real time, • build custom metrics, • make data-driven decisions. 👉 Right now, we can’t: • create custom calculations (e.g., conversion rate based on tags), • combine data sources (e.g., leads vs ad spend), • build dashboards tailored to our business model. 🎯 Example: Being able to calculate: ➡️ (Contacts with “client” tag) ÷ (ad spend) ➡️ or closing rate based on custom statuses 👉 Instead, we’re forced to: • export data, • use Google Sheets, • rebuild everything externally. 🤯 That’s the issue: We have a powerful all-in-one platform… Yet we still rely on external spreadsheets to run our business. 👉 What we need: • a true customizable dashboard builder, • support for dynamic formulas / calculations, • KPI tracking based on tags, pipelines, campaigns, etc. 🎯 This is a core feature for scaling a business — not a “nice-to-have”. 👉 Honestly, it’s hard to understand why this still isn’t available, when every serious entrepreneur needs it daily. 👉 So… when will we finally be able to run our business directly from the platform, without relying on Google Sheets?

It would be very helpful to have a First Response Time feature that tracks how long it takes to reach out to a new lead after they enter the CRM. In our system, when someone submits a form on the website or messages through Facebook or Instagram, a contact is created and placed into the General Inquiries stage of the pipeline. From that moment, the system should record the exact timestamp and then track the timestamp of the first outreach action, whether that is an outbound phone call, a text message, an email, or even a stage change indicating someone began working the lead. The platform could then automatically calculate the response time and generate metrics like average response time, response time by user, fastest and slowest response times, and the percentage of leads contacted within a certain timeframe (such as 5 minutes). Having this as a feature and visible in reporting or dashboards would make it much easier to track how quickly new inquiries are being handled without manually reviewing call logs or message histories.

A loyalty points system for recurring customers would be valuable. The system could offer points to customers and create tiers that reward them with coupons or gifts. The system could track purchases, survey completions, reviews, and referrals. This feature would benefit customers, SaaS resellers, and agencies.
