Dashboard

Having all of the financials available as widgets within the dashboard. So we can say check monthly paid invoices month by month to see historical paid invoices over time periods. Or say how many invoices by periods or how many unpaid, overdue etc. Then also be able to see other financials like sales made from forms, order forms, pay links, POS Tap To Pay, by products etc etc. All great data that we should be able to customize to see the necessary reports/kpi on the financials done from within GHL.

We would like to be able to add some of the saved custom values onto the dashboard

We'd love to use Dashboard Widgets to automate our reporting. Here's an idea of what we are looking to Dashboard: -Customers added with a tag (this already exists) -emails/sms sent to those customers (with open rates) -funnel page views -forms submitted (number)

It would significantly improve user retention and streamline operational workflows for agencies and clients alike.

We should be able to filter the results of dashboard widgets by tags. One use case is that we want to see Won revenue from opportunities (or contacts) that have a certain tag. Right now this is not possible.

Add a basic math operation widget where we can perform calculations to get conversion rate. It would be giving each count widget an id OR setting them as variable to perform the calculation.

Hi team, I’d like to share an idea I tried to implement in GoHighLevel and explain why it didn’t work — based on the support team's feedback — so you can understand my use case and perhaps consider it for future improvements. The original idea was to use GPT to analyze lead conversations coming from Instagram automation (comment-to-DM), and generate a single weekly insight based on the most common messages or questions. Then, I wanted this insight to appear as a visual block (a text card) directly on the GoHighLevel Dashboard, so the client could quickly view what’s trending among leads without having to go through each message individually. We tried several approaches: Using the Dashboard: I learned that the Dashboard only supports numerical data and doesn't support displaying a dynamic text block or insight generated by GPT. Sending insights to Google Sheets: We tried sending the generated insights to Google Sheets, but: The GPT feature is paid; Sending data to Sheets also requires a paid integration; Worst of all, the automation generated one insight per lead, which means hundreds of repeated insights for the same flow. My client would end up reading 500 similar phrases, which defeats the purpose. After speaking with the support team, I understood that this entire idea can’t currently be executed inside GoHighLevel. So I’m writing this message just to document the idea and express that this kind of feature — generating a single AI-based insight per week and displaying it on the dashboard — would be incredibly helpful for high-volume lead accounts. I want to be able to create KPIs in the dashboard around products, memberships and courses.

I'd like stats for URL redirects. I'm tired of using Pretty links, url genius or bitly etc...

I currently have our sales teams goals on a whiteboard, but since the reporting is already done in high level, I would love to be able to set goals and see chart progress, or even compete with other salesmen, front and center on the dashboard. Great CRM, would be great to manage the sales team goals front and center too.
