Allow sub account user to share their snapshot
Currently, only the agency owner can share snapshot of a user. The sub account user cannot share snapshot. We want our clients (who have a sub user account) to be able to share their snapshot with any other HL user.
Snapshot not just whole account
It would be great to create a snapshot that is only of certain things versus it being the entire account. Unless there is a way and I just need to learn!
Rename 'Get Share Link" to "Get 1-Time Share Link"
If this was renamed it would make it easier for everyone to know the differences between these Share Snapshot choices.
See which snapshots are uploaded to my subaccounts and when
It would be so nice to be able to see which snapshots are uploaded to my subaccounts and the date I uploaded them to the subaccount.
Add ability to select which accounts an account snapshot would push updates to
when we update an account snapshot and use the “push” update to linked accounts, it would be awesome to select which accounts that would apply to in case there are some we don’t want it to affect in addition it would be awesome to select which components we want the snapshot to update. We may only want certain campaigns and triggers for certain accounts to update (but not others). This could get a little tricky if you have a ton of campaigns and triggers but to have that control will be very helpful Bc we may add or make updates in an account that is unique to that account, so when we push an updated snapshot over we would want to keep those in that account and not have them get overridden HIGHLVL-I-360
Give Whitelabel Clients (Sub-Accounts) Ability To Create Their Own Snapshots
It would be amazing to give whitelabel clients that have a sub-account in GHL the possibility to create their own snapshots. Now we have to create these for them.
Custom Field Folders in Snapshots
Currently if I segregate Custom Fields into folders in a sub-account and create a snapshot from that, the folders are not part of the snapshot. This makes for a mess when snapshots are deployed to other sub-accounts, especially if you have a lot of custom fields. I would suggest adding the custom field folders to the snapshots and restoring them when the snapshot is loaded into a sub-account. This means that those of us who build snapshots can organize our custom fields into folders that makes sense inside the contact object. It will make it easier for our customers to navigate all the data we have added to the contacts object through Custom Fields.
Rename the "Relocated Item" folder to "Default Items" or "Default Files"
Whenever a snapshot is applied to account, all of the included files in the media manager are created in a folder called "Relocated Item". This name is confusing and also has incorrect grammar like many other places in the app. Please rename this folder to "Default Items" or "Default Files" or something along those lines.
Cleaning Service Snapshot
might be mistaken but I'm in the cleaning niche and I didn't see anything geared toward that industry
