Proposals + invoicing + contracts + esign
Would LOVE to see the ability to create and send proposals, invoices, and contracts, all with esign and payment functionality within HighLevel. Just seems like a natural fit with all the other features and it's something every agency has to do. Basically replacing the need for one-off platforms like 17hats, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks. Cheers! Having the ability to use workflows to create a draft invoices with custom line items and quantities.
Notifications for Invoices
I would like notifications for when an invoice is paid be an option on the profile notifications list.
Ability to delete any invoice
Standard CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations should be available for all invoices (one time and recurring). Please add the ability to delete invoices.
Surcharge for payment via Stripe
If sending an invoice with two payment options - pay by bank deposit (no transaction fee) or pay via Stripe, then have the ability to add a surcharge for paying via Stripe. Fees might be a cost of doing business, but for higher price invoices bank reconciliation by a bookkeeper costs less than Stripe fee
Quotes, Contracts, Invoices, Payments - All in one feature
Would like GHL to have the ability to send a 3 in 1 document link to clients, like sen in 17HATS, Dubsado, Honeybook etc. All you have to do is create a quote/proposal, contracts with legally binding esignature and invoice linked to payment. Eliminating the need to have the extra softwares. Attaching a screenshot of what I mean from 17 Hats. Thanks
Partial (ex1.5) Quantity on Invoice/Estimates
Home Service clients need to say 1.5 pallets or 1.5 squares, etc. But GHL only allows whole numbers so the invoices cannot be used quickly or uniformly. For invoices (and future estimates) can decimals be used?
I basically want to have contracts built into the system. You could add a contract template and use all the contact merge fields and then get a signature on documents that are associated to contacts. A lot of existing CRMs for contractors have some sort of built in contractor feature so they can sell a job in the homeowners house. This feature would allow us to compete with those CRMs by providing a truly all in one platform. Also, for agencies, it would streamline the process by allowing us to send contracts right in the system while on the call. HIGHLVL-I-632
Ability to create Quotes/Estimates for home service business
Most home services contractors (plumbers, tree service, landscaping, handyman, cleaning businesses etc.) give job/service estimates to their customers, once the quote/estimate get approved by the customer then the go ahead and do the job. When the job is completed they send an invoice. Currently we can send invoices but NOT estimates natively within GHL. We need to integrate ability to send estimates/quotes natively if we are to make GHL an All-in-One software. Competing companies in the space are getjobber.com , Honeybook, Housecallpro etc.
