Proposals + invoicing + contracts + esign
Would LOVE to see the ability to create and send proposals, invoices, and contracts, all with esign and payment functionality within HighLevel. Just seems like a natural fit with all the other features and it's something every agency has to do. Basically replacing the need for one-off platforms like 17hats, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks. Cheers! Saudi E-invoicing Regulations
Add Saudi E-invoicing requirements compliant & designed to adapt with (ZATCA) regulations. This is very important for clients in Saudi Arabia to use GHL invoicing, such as adding QR code for tax invoice.
Ability to edit recurring invoices. A client needs to be billed the same time each month, but they may add or remove services month to month. editing the invoice would be great.
Make invoice payment flexible so customers pay the total or portion
When I send an invoice and the customer wants to pay half to start and half when the job is done is not allowed. My customer us a software call jobber and gets paid in full, or partially in more than one payment
Activity tracking of Proposal or Estimate
Ability to view if the proposal/estimate has been opened and viewed. Being able to see how many times it has been opened would be great as well.
Quotes, Contracts, Invoices, Payments - All in one feature
Would like GHL to have the ability to send a 3 in 1 document link to clients, like sen in 17HATS, Dubsado, Honeybook etc. All you have to do is create a quote/proposal, contracts with legally binding esignature and invoice linked to payment. Eliminating the need to have the extra softwares. Attaching a screenshot of what I mean from 17 Hats. Thanks
