Proposals + invoicing + contracts + esign
Would LOVE to see the ability to create and send proposals, invoices, and contracts, all with esign and payment functionality within HighLevel. Just seems like a natural fit with all the other features and it's something every agency has to do. Basically replacing the need for one-off platforms like 17hats, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks. Cheers! Ability to create Quotes/Estimates for home service business
Most home services contractors (plumbers, tree service, landscaping, handyman, cleaning businesses etc.) give job/service estimates to their customers, once the quote/estimate get approved by the customer then the go ahead and do the job. When the job is completed they send an invoice. Currently we can send invoices but NOT estimates natively within GHL. We need to integrate ability to send estimates/quotes natively if we are to make GHL an All-in-One software. Competing companies in the space are getjobber.com , Honeybook, Housecallpro etc.
Surcharge for payment via Stripe
If sending an invoice with two payment options - pay by bank deposit (no transaction fee) or pay via Stripe, then have the ability to add a surcharge for paying via Stripe. Fees might be a cost of doing business, but for higher price invoices bank reconciliation by a bookkeeper costs less than Stripe fee
Add recurring billing as a product option for invoicing
The new invoice feature is very slick for single one-off products, but unfortunately it doesn't include recurring billing. Most agencies using GHL sell either SaaS or agency services in a recurring fashion. This would be an outstanding and dare I say fundamental additon to invoicing. HIGHLVL-I-7278
Overdue Invoice as a Trigger
We need something to automatically remind customers who have not payed on time. Right now, the invoices are nice, but there is no process on how to send out reminders to ppl not payed their overdue invoice, so a full lifecycle of an invoice is impossible... I guess a Workflow Trigger would be all we need: When: Invoice is Overdue, then start Workflow... End it, when Invoice is Paid Thanks!
Ability to create an invoice and send it on the Mobile App
I would like to be able to create invoices and send them using the mobile app so clients like home services businesses can send invoices while they are on the job site.

A Basic Quote/Estimate Form for Trades styles businesses that require a Quote before job starts. I believe this would benefit a long list of businesses.A simple Quote/Estimate template that pulls in logo and main business contact info, date created, area to enter what the quote is for, section to enter $$ Amount, section for TAX and Sequential numbering for each new quote.A Lead enters GHL from and Ad etc, business owner Clicks on 'Create Quote' Form Template, fill in basic details for the quote. Clicks 'Save' can then go to new Lead in the system, types message to the person requesting Quote for services and then clicks 'Attach' this would open up a Quotes, clicks on the recently created quote, sends message then moves New Lead to 'Quoted' Automation goes out to that person as a text letting them know a Quote has been sent.Simple system yet opens up a world of time saving for a small business owner. Copy/schedule invoice creation
If sending the same invoice to multiple contacts, it's not the best to have to create each invoice one-by-one. Some options for creating invoices: Copy an existing invoice. Have the ability to create a template invoice - create new invoices from template. - Bulk create and send for a group of contacts.
