To be able to receive inbound calls through the browser so that remote workers (specially in the Philippines) can just answer live calls without the need for a phone. HIGHLVL-I-1230

My clients does not want new numbers for their business. They want to utilize their existing phone number,
Business Name As Caller ID
Would be amazing if we could display our client's business names as the outbound caller ID so leads see the business name instead of a random number.
Call routing - Being able to select specific times to route calls from one line to another
A client asked me if it was possible to have the number routed to the office during business hours so that those who had the most updated schedule could schedule appointments and then after non-business hours have the calls routed to a 24-hour call line HIGHLVL-I-750
Phone Number CC Charges
Right now only the credit card on a sub account's file can be charged for the $1.00 per phone number occurring monthly fee. As Agency owners we should be able to take on this cost if wanted to provide simple and cost-clear advertising. A toggle on/off option would be great or utilize this authorization upon original subscription checkout via Stripe.
Ability To Warm or Blind Transfer Calls Inside HL (Power Dialer/Dialer)
so we can transfer hot leads directly to a salesperson. my other tool has it and it's through Twilio HIGHLVL-I-603
Power Dialer - Redial option
Being able to "redial" or "double tap," leads when you call them, (call back to back right away) increases connection rate and is a very effective sales strategy. Currently there is no way to do this because if you pause the power dialer and attempt to manually call a lead for a second time it will stop the power dialer sequences. Please give us the ability to call a lead through the power dialer, then pause before it goes to the next lead and then manually call the lead again. This can be easily added to the dialog box that appears after each manual call. While we're at it, putting a "DND" button here would be helpful, for those times when we call someone and they ask to be removed from the list. Then we could quickly DND them and move on without breaking the workflow.
Report how much cost / storage space is used by call recordings
I have no idea if the storing of call recordings is costing me $1/mo or $100/mo for each location
