Use Existing Number
My clients does not want new numbers for their business. They want to utilize their existing phone number,
Call routing - Being able to select specific times to route calls from one line to another
A client asked me if it was possible to have the number routed to the office during business hours so that those who had the most updated schedule could schedule appointments and then after non-business hours have the calls routed to a 24-hour call line HIGHLVL-I-750
Would love to call transcription added to the call report. CallRail has this feature, and it really helps save time when listening to calls and marking them as qualified, because you can see the auto-transcribed text of each call.
Add phone extensions
When creating team members In a sub-account, would be good to create and manage extensions that allocate to the team member. Allocating those extensions to each number desired would also be helpful, with recording capabilities. This could help to replace services like ring central, while also tracking marketing and integrating communication activities.
IVR call routing multiple agents at once
It would be incredibly useful to be able to do a ring all and ring multiple agents at once in the mobile app and/or web app.
Allow Extensions in Phone Field
It's pretty common for CRM systems to allow a phone extension field. Please include this as a main contact field. Right now, our workaround is a custom field. HIGHLVL-I-4612
International phone numbers for LC
There are many posts asking for phone numbers in different countries. I have seen Spain, France, Colombia, Belgium, India, etc. Each country by itself does not have many votes, but if you combine them you will see this is actually 1 feature required my many users.
Business Name As Caller ID
Would be amazing if we could display our client's business names as the outbound caller ID so leads see the business name instead of a random number.
