Rebilling / Reselling Calculator for Agencies for a Sub Account Quote
## GHL Agency Rebilling & Quote Calculator Idea I have noticed that when agencies create new GHL sub-accounts, there are often many questions around rebilling, usage costs, margins, and additional charges on top of the monthly platform fee. At the moment, this process is mostly manual. It can also be difficult for agencies to quickly understand the actual GHL cost for each service, what margin they should apply, and what final price should be quoted to the customer. The idea is to create an interactive quote and rebilling calculator for GHL agencies. This tool would allow an agency to select the services they want to include for a customer, enter their preferred margin, view the estimated GHL cost, calculate the rebilling amount, and generate the final customer sell price. The tool could include: Quote Tool A simple interface to create quotes for new or existing sub-accounts. Margin Percentage Settings Ability for the agency to set their own margin or markup percentage. GHL Cost Input / Reference A section showing the actual cost from GHL for each service, usage item, or add-on. Rebilling Calculation Automatic calculation of what should be rebilled to the customer. Sell Price Calculation Final customer-facing pricing based on cost, margin, and selected services. Customer Quote PDF Ability to generate a professional customer quote PDF. Send Quote Options Ability to send the quote by email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. The main purpose of this tool is to make agency pricing easier, faster, and more accurate when setting up sub-accounts. Instead of manually checking costs, calculating margins, and preparing quotes separately, the agency can use one interactive calculator to prepare a clean customer quote with clear pricing and rebilling details. This would be especially useful for agencies that manage multiple sub-accounts and want a simple way to control costs, margins, and customer pricing. Any new ideas / additions are welcome.

Feature Request: Agency-Level Workflow Pro for All Sub-Accounts
### Feature Request: Agency-Level Workflow Pro for All Sub-Accounts I have a feature idea for Workflow Pro that I think could be very valuable for agencies. Currently, Workflow Pro/premium workflow usage is handled at the individual sub-account level . Would it be possible for HighLevel to introduce an option where an agency can purchase Workflow Pro at the Agency level and enable it for all sub-accounts under that agency ? For example: Agency → Workflow Pro enabled → All sub-accounts automatically get access to Premium Workflow Actions This would be especially useful for agencies managing dozens or hundreds of client sub-accounts. ### Why this could be valuable * Agencies could manage Workflow Pro from one central place. * No need to configure/purchase it separately for every sub-account. * Easier billing and administration for agencies. * Agencies could potentially purchase higher-volume execution tiers. * It would make Premium Workflow Actions easier to standardize across client accounts. * Agencies could decide which sub-accounts are allowed to use the feature. * HighLevel could still track premium executions separately per sub-account for usage/billing purposes. I think an Agency-Level Workflow Pro option would make a lot of sense for agencies managing many locations. Would anyone else find this useful? And is there currently any way to enable Workflow Pro centrally for all sub-accounts, rather than managing it individually?
