### Feature Request: Agency-Level Workflow Pro for All Sub-Accounts I have a feature idea for Workflow Pro that I think could be very valuable for agencies. Currently, Workflow Pro/premium workflow usage is handled at the individual sub-account level . Would it be possible for HighLevel to introduce an option where an agency can purchase Workflow Pro at the Agency level and enable it for all sub-accounts under that agency ? For example: Agency → Workflow Pro enabled → All sub-accounts automatically get access to Premium Workflow Actions This would be especially useful for agencies managing dozens or hundreds of client sub-accounts. ### Why this could be valuable * Agencies could manage Workflow Pro from one central place. * No need to configure/purchase it separately for every sub-account. * Easier billing and administration for agencies. * Agencies could potentially purchase higher-volume execution tiers. * It would make Premium Workflow Actions easier to standardize across client accounts. * Agencies could decide which sub-accounts are allowed to use the feature. * HighLevel could still track premium executions separately per sub-account for usage/billing purposes. I think an Agency-Level Workflow Pro option would make a lot of sense for agencies managing many locations. Would anyone else find this useful? And is there currently any way to enable Workflow Pro centrally for all sub-accounts, rather than managing it individually?

Every agency doesn't offer Yext. We need to be able to disable this agency wide and not have it forced on our customers or have to go to each subaccount and disable reselling for yext.

Hi guys, can we remove the "payment method missing! please add your client's card" banner on a sub-account if the payment method selected to activate "Listing Service" was the Agency card on file.

Can we add a feature to DISABLE Wordpress reselling for the entire agency?

A lot of our users want to have a business email account included. If we could resell Google Workspace as an addon I think a lot of our users would go for that

Please can we be able to use an alternative payment integration other than STRIPE as this is not available in South Africa, I am using Pay stack and im happy i can integrate with them to do ecommerce etc but when it comes to my agency i cant recharge clients their ai usage it says i must connect my Stripe account, please fix this and allow us to integrate Pay Stack on an agency level as a payment gateway option. Its 2026 i cannot understand why this is still not optional for non USA agency owners.

I understand the platform is US-based, but my agency operates in Canada and all of our billing is in CAD. Throughout the dashboard — including the Reselling section — prices are displayed in USD. When I adjust or augment the resale pricing, I have to manually convert the USD cost into CAD to understand what I’m actually charging my customers. It’s the same challenge as when purchasing domains: workable, but it adds unnecessary friction. It would be extremely helpful if pricing across the platform could display in the currency associated with the agency’s regional settings (or at least provide a built-in conversion). This would make pricing decisions clearer, prevent mistakes, and create a smoother experience for international agencies. Thanks for considering this improvement. It would make a meaningful difference for those of us operating outside the US.

If we can set the brand and let the AI to answer questions on how to use the system? Instead of GHL branding, we set the AI to use our brand voice and some knowledge base.
