Local-currency wallets and top-ups (EUR), with matching charges and tax invoices

Please support wallets and wallet recharges in the local billing currency of each sub-account, including EUR for Belgian and other euro-area businesses.
The current USD-based wallet experience can show a dollar-denominated top-up and tax invoice while the customer is charged a converted amount in EUR. This makes the wallet balance, VAT and payment harder for customers and bookkeepers to reconcile.
Requested behaviour:
- Let agencies select a supported wallet/billing currency per sub-account, with a sensible default based on the billing country and an explicit override.
- Use that currency consistently for wallet balances, usage prices, manual and automatic recharge amounts, and low-balance thresholds.
- Calculate and show the net recharge, applicable VAT/tax and total charge in that same currency before payment.
- Issue the recharge tax invoice and transaction/report exports in the same currency as the customer-facing wallet and payment, with an explicit ISO code such as EUR.
- If HighLevel needs USD internally, handle that conversion internally and expose the exchange rate and original/converted amounts clearly for reconciliation. Preserve historical currency information when changing settings.
Example: with EUR selected, a EUR 50 wallet recharge at an applicable 21% VAT rate should add EUR 50 of wallet credit, charge EUR 60.50 in total, and produce an invoice showing EUR 50 net + EUR 10.50 VAT = EUR 60.50 paid. The rate is only an example; normal tax and reverse-charge rules should still apply.
This would make reselling much clearer for customers outside the US and simplify accounting and e-invoicing reconciliation, including Peppol in Belgium.
