It is really urgent that we can disable the signature with font (and allow only the drowing one) because in a lot of countries it has no legal value! So a lot of contracts are completely without any value!!

Ability to add custom certificate to the template options.

When I add a certificate background, the downloaded image is not shrunk to match page size. It should fit to the certificate page.

Issue: When sending certificates in GoHighLevel, we face two main problems: Contacts are not shown by searched by email or name. It causes delays, frustration, and unnecessary manual work — especially when we're on a tight schedule. Customer is asking to have different download format for certificates. (jpg and pdf etc)

Ability to issue smaller size certificate for shorter courses and use the current certificate size for full program or more in depth courses.

Currently, we only have the option to choose a time period for expiration when creating a certificate (e.g. one year, one month, etc.) We need to be able to set a specific date, so that if someone is getting a "2025 Membership Certificate", we can expire it on 12/31/2025 for everyone who gets it, no matter when it is issued. After certificates are issued, we have the ability to go in and edit the expiration date to a specific date, but we'd like to be able to automatically set the date to 12/31/2025 when it is issued.

Being able to find the certificate URLs for the ones that a specific contact has been granted so we can use in automations. This could create some great ways to integrate QR codes in to see if a certification is "valid" still or other cool things using dynamic values.

The way our program/course is run, we don't want the certificate to be sent out after they just watch all the videos in the training course, that is not good. We have a final exam our members take with our instructor before they are allowed to gain access to the next level of training in the program. We need to not allow certificates to be automatically sent (prematurely), and make it so that we can send it to them in the automations INSTEAD when we actually approve their completion, and not based on them watching the videos. We have homework assigned, so they need to do the homework and pass the final exam with us BEFORE getting the certificate. Please make this an option for us to do so we can send it to them in the automations instead of anything else if we choose to do so. It's really important to our automations and streamlining of our members' experience!
