Jonathan Puu what are you trying to merge the certifacte too? if the certificate ws issued from ghl system thann it should be valid. if your importing a certifcate from outside thann you can create a custom form and have the end use input expiratiion date annd completion dates. The workflow on this might be a little tricky fot checking valid dates. The qr code im still trying to figure your use case unless you want the end user to scan the code to be redirected to the specif course they need to take. its possible we are both within this same area

Marty Mcclintock so when you generate the certificate via automation, I'm trying to get the link to the certificate automatically for use in QR code generation as well as a few other things. The only way I can do it now is manually opening the certificate to get the URL but that isn't ideal.

Jonathan Puu put the document into a workflow than ad a qr code workflow. i still c as my figure out what your ude case is for a doesnt make any bit of sense. When you add courses the end user can see then and they can see which course's they have taken alreor not. i thi k you meed a qr code to a course that the end user cam scan and pull it up to see if thry have taken it or not. You wor know til you and the end users are using the system fully

Jonathan Puu when you have 100 users, and you need to scan a qr code, the only syabto scan a users qr code is by having them open their cosed up, the user will than show you their code, you can then scan it than the qr code will open a url link on the internet thsn that person who scanned it can see the dates are valid or not. any cellphone or tvsle can scan any qr code.

GHL has Gokallab wheee all cordes can me taken and a certificate completed. You will have access to view a users completed certificate.

Gokalad will also automatically issue a completed course certificate to that users profile.

you juys need to configure the certificate for completion dsted to show ontop of the certificate for east viewing.
