Prospecting Tool Website
It would be great if the Audit Report spit out website info. Just a link to the website and maybe a note on the report if the website wasn't found or linked to GMB.
Would be very useful if the prospects taken out of this new Prospecting Tool, could be automatically passed to the different sub accounts, since they are only able to be viewed in the Agency View.
Prospecting Tool Search
2 issues to notify you about: City doesn't automatically populate in the prospect details when clicked upon a search result. Hitting 'Back to Map Search' takes me back to the original search screen where I have to search again and not to the previous page with all the results. This happens every time and it would be nice if the list persists.
Push Prospecting into CRM
I want a way for the Agency Prospecting Tool to be able to push the information scraped into my Agency Sub-Account CRM.
Sales Presentation Mode
I'd like to save a series of slides in the prospecting tab that I can use to share my screen and walk a business owner through my service proposal. If the information that we have scraped could be automatically included that would be great.
Prospecting Tool: Export Marketing Audit To PDF
Currently we can only see the report generated for a business in the prospecting tool - Ability to export or email the report generated would be great.
Prospecting Tool Enhancements
You know, as someone who's deep into the agency world, I can't help but think how much more powerful Go High Level's prospecting tool could be with a few key enhancements. Don't get me wrong, it's already a great tool, but there's room to make it even better. Here's what I'm thinking: Hours of Operation : Let's pull this from both Google Business Profile and Facebook Page details. It's not just about knowing when they're open; it's also about spotting inconsistencies in their listings. Suggested Services : Imagine if the tool could recommend specific services or High Level features based on the prospect's needs. No listings? Suggest they claim their GBP. No ads? Time for some PPC magic. Data Inconsistency : We all know inconsistent data can hurt a business's Google ranking. Why not flag these discrepancies right in the report? Ads Check : Are they running social or local ads? Knowing this can help us tailor our pitch. GBP Photos : A simple check to see if they've uploaded any photos to their GBP can tell us a lot about how engaged they are with their online presence. Website Tech : Tools like Wappalyzer do this well, but having it bundled in Go High Level would be a game-changer. 3 Pack Ranking : Knowing where they stand in the Google 3-Pack can provide valuable insights for local SEO strategies. Additional Reports : Let's take a page out of LeadsGorilla's book and add more comprehensive audit reports like SEO, extended Citation, and Core Web Vitals. API or Workflow Access : This one's for us agencies and SaaS providers. Having the ability to create contacts/companies in sub-accounts directly would save us from the headache of data duplication. Each of these enhancements is like a piece of a puzzle that, when complete, would make Go High Level's prospecting tool not just good, but exceptional.
We need something more than just citation listings in the prospecting tool. Please make it an actual prospecting tool. Its a good start and we thank you for it. But SEO analysis, Facebook Likes and Google Reviews counter, or even competitor breakdown with annual revenue numbers would be HUGE. I know that data can be pulled. Similarweb.com pulls it...
Refresh Prospecting Report
The Prospecting Tool should have a refresh/reevaluate button next to the Prospect Open. As we continue to nurture the lead this gives the opportunity to show the trend if they continue to do what they are doing instead of accepting our services. As a further option. If, after we convert the Prospect to "Won", we were to keep the company in the Prospects list (filtered by open vs won vs lost) and then do a refresh we could show a direct impact after 30/60/90 days compared to the issues we told them were costing money.
