Eliza Teams
Would be great if Eliza allowed for Agents to be categorised into pods / teams. So that locations could be allocated based on teams and not just by agents This would help businesses to allocate specially trained agents to specific locations

Lets not have Eliza barf out 8 different possible times like a bot (James Hurst)
it just seems unnatural for Eliza to offer up 8 different choices. Many think providing two choices at a time would provide a better experience. Adding a question like afternoons or mornings could definitely help here too I think. See the discussion here on this facebook post. https://www.facebook.com/groups/gohighlevel/posts/1899489500510576/

Inbound Phone Calls
Now that you can receive calls via the browser, let's have Eliza do the same thing. If the call is offered to an account that has Eliza added to it, the call should be offered in Eliza just like any inbound interaction. Eliza is unusable without this feature for me.

Remove from Eliza Workflow Action
A simple workflow action that will help revoke any conversations out of Eliza.

Eliza Booking Bot Time Zone
The time zone difference between my account and my customers is pretty big. Eliza ALWAYS books on MST (my time) and not the customer's time. I made a workflow that determines each contact's time zone so I already have that field taken care of. All I need is Eliza to look at the Contact Time Zone and know it needs to book in that time.

Adapt Eliza to Messenger
I run a lot of messenger ads and I built a workflow only to find out Eliza doesn't work on messenger. An Eliza integration would be amazing here is a loom of what I tried to create for context: https://www.loom.com/share/d2a93ed668ea4bd0acea044b1c176089

Translate Languages in Eliza
Agents in Eliza need the ability to read and translate the text to other languages, primarily Spanish with the click of a button. Currently using Google translate, but it would be nice if the feature was native to Eliza.
