The time zone difference between my account and my customers is pretty big. Eliza ALWAYS books on MST (my time) and not the customer's time.

I made a workflow that determines each contact's time zone so I already have that field taken care of.

All I need is Eliza to look at the Contact Time Zone and know it needs to book in that time.
