Now that you can receive calls via the browser, let's have Eliza do the same thing. If the call is offered to an account that has Eliza added to it, the call should be offered in Eliza just like any inbound interaction. Eliza is unusable without this feature for me.

We want an option to ring Eliza if our users are busy on the connect call options. This avoids needing a separate number to monitor and can ensure the call shows up in eliza dashboard.
