Have the ability to add multiple FB and Messenger Account into the same account. HIGHLVL-I-407

I have a lot of customers that reach out to me to my personal FB Messenger account. I'd love to be able to tract that and reply from the GHL Conversations.

It would be great to be able to interact with your Facebook DM's from your personal profile. GroupTrack CRM does this so it is possible. This is an amazing feature for organic marketers.

When I start a conversation with a customer via FB on highlevel, the conversation is via Facebook Messenger. If they provide a phone number, it automatically switches to SMS messenger. I would like this not to happen automatically, as it confuses my customers.

It would be great if I could turn on notifications for certain events in my subaccounts but not for others. In my case I wish to receive notifications for new leads - I have an automation for this but I do NOT want to receive notifications for messages on my subaccount.

I have a few clients that only have FB connected. In turn, all the contacts are From messenger. Why can't we select all, then send FB message just as we do a SMS or email. Please and TY

The only messages that show up in the Conversations are the ones that took place after integrating IG and FB. It would be useful to be able to see these conversations as well.

When will there be a feature to automate Reels posting. This is essential for current IG social management.

SInce I've had GHL its been an awesome experience. The one thing I believe would be a game changer is being able to set up Auto respond messages for Facebook Marketplace Message Inbox
