In addition to full name - this is very important for us

To load in profiles/accounts on Instagram and then be able to outbound DM them on GHL. This would stick to the Instagram daily limit of outbound message requests (40/day). It would be great to see this; since GHL is meant to be used as a marketing tool & this is allowed to be done via Instagram.

It would be great to be able to interact with your Facebook DM's from your personal profile. GroupTrack CRM does this so it is possible. This is an amazing feature for organic marketers.

It would be great to be able to see more attribution info regarding people who are coming from Facebook Messenger paid ads. I'm not sure if there is a limitation with Facebook's API, but this would be really helpful.
