I feel that social interaction and actions branching out from there are neglected in GHL, yet it's still one of the most widely used marketing platforms today. Check ManyChat, they're ahead of the curve with their capabilities, it will be great to have these functions in here and ditch ManyChat

This is a powerful action. I currently use many chst for some of my clients. Highly effictive. Would love to see this be internal. Would be a great value add.
