Good morning,

When I manage a conversation with a contact via Instagram, there is no way to directly access their profile in one click.

This is a real operational obstacle: I have to leave the conversation, open Instagram manually, search for the profile... when the information is already there.

What I propose: make the Instagram username clickable directly from the conversation view, to open the profile in one click (in a new tab).

It's a simple improvement, but it saves time with every interaction. For someone who manages 20, 50, or 100 conversations per week, that counts.

Same issue here. Half our Instagram leads have generic names like 'John Smith' and we're stuck trying to figure out which client is which when they reach out later.

We need this too. Right now we're constantly asking clients "what's your IG handle?" when they message us because the full name alone isn't enough to identify them.
