When can we get this???? It looks like such a simple thing - since the field exists already (I am able to create a smart list off Instagram ID) - can we just expose it as a field much like email/phone?

I have literally spent hours and hours of my life merging contacts in GHL because we have duplicates... an Instagram DM conversation, and then a separate contact when they opt in or fill out a form on our site.

ManyChat automatically gives you their username in the Conversation view.

I would love to store instagram usernames under contact information as most of our leads come from instagram first without getting their email/phone!!!

Badly needed unless you want to have the same contact popping up as a new one for every social media site they interact with you on.

It is very frustrating that when you have a contacts IG or LinkedIn account information, that you cannot add them manually to your CRM and then message them through that specific platform.

When will we get any info on this as been under review 7 months?

Core Platform, RevEx Group & Sales & Marketing: Can we add all social platforms to this (FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest etc.) and automatically add the social ID / profile link to the contact.
