E-commerce Stores

Request for custom pricing for services.
## Feature Request: Formula-Based / Configurable Pricing for Service Products I would love to see more flexible pricing options added to HighLevel’s e-commerce stores for service-based businesses whose pricing cannot be represented by a simple fixed product price. For my residential design business, Urban Loop Studio, our design fees are typically calculated using variables such as: Price per square foot Percentage of estimated construction cost Project size / square footage Selected service tier Optional add-on services , such as: - Lighting plans - Landscape design - Interior design - Furniture selections - Construction administration - Other project-specific services For example, a customer might enter: 3,500 SF home × $X/SF design fee + Interior Design + Lighting Plan = Estimated Design Fee Or: $900,000 estimated construction cost × X% design fee + selected add-ons = Estimated Design Fee Currently, I have created four service tiers and a separate pricing calculator to help prospective clients estimate their project cost: https://urbanloopstudio.com/dreamhomepriceestimator The calculator gets reasonably close to the final proposal amount, but the experience is disconnected from the HighLevel store and is not as intuitive as I would like for the customer. ### What I would love HighLevel to add A configurable or formula-based product type inside E-Commerce Stores that allows businesses to: Ask the customer for numeric inputs such as square footage, construction budget, quantity, acreage, number of rooms, etc. Apply a pricing formula to those inputs. Allow optional add-ons or upgrades that dynamically modify the price. Display the calculated estimated price in real time. Allow tiered pricing or different formulas based on the package selected. Pass all selections and calculations into the CRM/contact record. Generate a quote, estimate, order, invoice, or checkout based on the calculated amount. Optionally show either: - an exact price, - a price range, - or “starting at” pricing before the final proposal is created. ### Example Customer Experience Step 1 — Choose Your Design Package Essential / Signature / Premium / Full-Service Step 2 — Tell Us About Your Project Home Size: 3,500 SF Estimated Construction Budget: $900,000 Step 3 — Add Optional Services ☑ Interior Design ☑ Lighting Design ☐ Landscape Design ☐ Furniture Procurement Step 4 — See Your Estimated Investment Estimated Design Fee: $42,500–$48,000 Then the customer could either: Request a Proposal → Book a Consultation → Pay a Retainer / Deposit This would essentially combine a product configurator + pricing calculator + estimate generator + checkout inside HighLevel. ### Why This Would Be Valuable Many professional-service businesses do not sell services at a fixed price. This could benefit: Architects Interior designers Builders and contractors Remodelers Landscapers Engineers Marketing agencies Consultants Photographers Event companies Property-management companies Other businesses using quantity-, percentage-, or formula-based pricing Shopify-style product variants work well for physical products, but professional services often require calculated pricing rather than predetermined pricing . A native HighLevel solution would allow service businesses to create a much smoother journey from: Website → Configure Services → See Estimated Price → Capture Lead → Generate Proposal → Collect Deposit without needing a third-party calculator or custom-coded solution.

Let us choose which stores a product appears in (new products shouldn't default to ALL stores)
Related: "Allow multiple stores (select different products for each store)" was completed with per-store include/exclude in each store's Products tab. That helped, but new products still default into every store, which doesn't scale for accounts with many stores. Current behavior Any product with "Include in Online Store" enabled is automatically listed in ALL stores in the sub-account, and every new store inherits all enabled products. The toggle must be on before a product can be assigned to any store, so there's no way to avoid the "all stores" default. To remove a product from a store, we have to open each store's Products tab and exclude it manually. The problem We manage many stores in a single sub-account, and each store should only carry a specific subset of products. Every time we create products, we have to go into each store and exclude the ones that don't belong. This is extremely time-consuming at scale and risks products showing up in the wrong storefront. HighLevel Support (ticket #6514261) confirmed there is currently no native option to select stores while creating a product, default new products to excluded, or apply one bulk include/exclude action across multiple stores. Requested improvements (any of these would solve it) Store selector on the product page / creation flow, to choose which stores the product appears in instead of a single on/off toggle. A setting to exclude new products from stores by default, so they must be added deliberately. Cross-store bulk actions, e.g. include or exclude a selected set (or a collection) of products across multiple chosen stores in one step. Control over what new stores inherit, such as starting empty or copying product selection from an existing store. Who this affects Agencies and operators, multi-location businesses, and any account with many stores sharing one product catalog. If you manage multiple stores and hit this too, please upvote and share your use case in the comments. Thank you!
