What:
When creating a note on a contact it would be really great to have the ability to add basic formatting like bullet lists, Indents, bold, underline, hyperlink, etc.
Why:
Allows us to use an Outline format to create more detailed notes that make sense.
Sometimes it's really helpful to add a link in notes when referencing something for example
Other Good Reasons I Stole From Expert Learners:
Some items of information just are more important than others.
Some items are subordinate to others, i.e., information tends to have a hierarchy that makes sense. The "look" of your notes should reflect that hierarchy.
Notes in which every line begins at the left margin are very difficult to decipher, review, and learn from
Bottom Line:
HighLevel is awesome, this would make it just a little bit more awesome.
