Please allow the option to customize the client portal. Turn on or off the affiliate option, maybe we do not have an affiliate plan and want to remove that from our client portal. Also allow custom CSS so we can customize our client portal.

We definitely need this ability.

Would LOVE the ability to edit things like the "Learning" section. I am providing the community feature as an internal tool for enterprise clients. They are not charging their staff for courses, so it would be great to hide things like that and just simply allow the option to import courses.

Need the option for multiple/seperate portals! Our affiliates aren't taking courses and vice versa. This would solve issues for lots of users.

I needed to create a simple client dashboard so that my clients could leave information with their own user. But I was not able to see that available.
It would be great to customize it as a funnel and then link it as a page on the client dashboard for example.

This is a critical feature which has stopped us from using GHL at all.
I signed up for a trial and started building out solution then discovered you don't allow custom pages in the client portal. Its a show stopper for us.
We sell online content which does not fit into your standard mould of courses, classes and appointments. We need to be able to create custom pages in the client portal area, and the custom pages also need to allow custom HTML/JS to allow us to embed a subscription app which we would like to sell via your platform.

Would love to see more flexibility in the design of the client portal. Why not include an option to build your own custom client portal pages using the funnel/website builder tools in addition to the existing pre-built template? This would allow us to include forms and other things inside the portal. For example, adding a form to a portal page where a client could submit a support request. Make drag-and-drop page elements for the portal apps (communities, courses, affiliates, billing, etc.) in the builder so we can really build out our own custom portals!

We also need a way to easily hide elements from the Client Portal, such as...
- House Icon
- 9 Dots Icon
- Notification Bell Icon
- "Profile"
- "Social Media"
- "Certificates"
See attached image.
None of these are required if a customer of ours is ONLY going to be using the "Billing & Subscription" part of the client portal.
"Courses" is NOT enabled so why are "Certificates" shown at all?
"Communities" is NOT enabled so why is "Social Media" shown at all?
We need more total control over the elements that are on this client portal if we feel they would not benefit the end-user or client.
Thank you!

I'd also like to have 2 communities: 1 for my affiliates and 1 for my clients. (I dont love the idea of the two mixing)
Additionally, Id like an affiliate type option in the client portal so that we can provide referral information.
Thanks!

Yes we don't always want to use the same verbiage like affiliate and earn for example I have a lot of people that refer who are not allowed to get paid for it because they are bound by certain laws but they need a way to keep track of everyone and at the moment they just do this via text which is daunting to say the least.
