We are having issues with clients double-purchasing and signing up for the same main product or the same bump-order (subscription) multiple times. Solution: #1 - Don't allow the same email to purchase the same main product or the same bump-order twice. #2 - Notify us in case a double sign-up for a main product or bump order was initiated so that we can manually refund/cancel it.

It's so bad, and happens so often, that I have our customer service team look at every single sale we make, so that we can initiate the refund for double billing, and let the customer know first. Ridiculous.
