More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports. Can we URGENTLY get this done?

The ability to run an overall report, see under agent reporting, or see on the dashboard how long leads sit in each pipeline stage. Would be amazing to see how efficiently we're moving people through the funnel!

High Level should create a new reporting menu that displays similar stats as Call Reporting but of SMS or Channel activity. I think everyone would benefit if they can see stats like: Graph Total Number Sent Total Number Replied Total Number Didn't Reply Percentage Sent Percentage Replied Percentage Didn't Reply First Time Messaging Average Number of Messages per Conversation by SMS/Channel etc

Would be great to have time tracking included so we can track team that are using GHL or othes on the team that are doing other tasks outside, so we can properly pay them and know their workflow

Add a feature that allows a report in CRM that can break down the revenue by lead source. For ex. (Win/Loss/Open)

Obviously, there is a lot required to make this happen, but if GHL doesn’t do it, it’s reporting and dashboard will feel clunky and be WAY to constrictive in comparison for decades to come UNLOCK GHL'S DATA! Every idea is piecemeal and clunky, and endless of questions --- can you add this, or this... and the feature list goes on for years and years and years. Knock out every reporting, analytics and dashboard idea in one hit. Limitless reporting, limitless customization, limitless analytics, all combined with your automation. Or... spend millions on something that will ultimately do 1% of what excel can do. That's the other option

Enhance the Section called staffs (and change the current staff section to Staff Settings) to allow us to manage staffs on a day to day basis. Task them directly from there, check tasks, check calls, check the leaderboards, Recent activities, and manage their schedule. Managers should be able to quickly glance at an employee profile and see their day week and month at a glance. Maybe even tracking hours worked, by clocking in. We should also be able to audit their account so we can see not just activity, but inactivity. The other side is the ability to message your staff internally so you can have instant communication with them and management. And create departments so that Sales people can focus on sales stats, admin can focus on task stats, hourly working stats etc. As well as assign a manager to a team to view their stats and direct communication

Would be great if we could access Google Search Console data within GHL. Having the ability to report SEO from within GHL would be great for customers.

It would be great if we could delete a specific call recording.
