SMS/Channels Stats Reporting

High Level should create a new reporting menu that displays similar stats as Call Reporting but of SMS or Channel activity. I think everyone would benefit if they can see stats like:
- Graph
- Total Number Sent
- Total Number Replied
- Total Number Didn't Reply
- Percentage Sent
- Percentage Replied
- Percentage Didn't Reply
- First Time Messaging
- Average Number of Messages per Conversation by SMS/Channel
- etc

Please Please Please create an SMS Marketing section that is exactly like Email Marketing....
This is so so critical for us as SaaS resellers to have a product that is seamless to use. My clients need to go to different places to send Email Campaigns vs SMS campaigns, and emails have far more statistics, a template section, etc.
Meanwhile SMS is hidden behind "Manual Actions" which is really supposed to be called a single-line dialer, if we are being honest. Meanwhile we have to build out actual workflows to do drip SMS campaigns. Users are NOT that technical! They want to go to 1 place (Like they can in Email Marketing) to see everything related to Email. Same thing with SMS. Creating this for SMS is a must if we are going to offer our Users a serious SMS Marketing platform.
There have been a lot of feedback posts about this that are scattered, I wanted to put it all in one place and hopefully piggyback off of this planned post for "SMS/Channels Stats Reporting". Linked below:
Sorry to spam.. I believe it is critical to improve the fundamental features of GHL over adding new shiny products, and this is the biggest hurdle in many of our businesses.
