Addition of a "Cost" column to enhance visibility into business performance
Small businesses we've worked with have said they do not have the skills or resources to leverage a SW integration with, say, QuickBooks. While GHL already tracks revenue (when products are sold), adding a cost column would help more fully track and run their business on GHL. Our thoughts on possible implementation are below: -->Light implementation: addition of a static cost column in the 'Inventory' section whereby a user inputs the cost for a given product. This could be updated by the user as product costs change. =>Upon sale of a product, the revenue could be registered from the sale price and the cost could be pulled from the cost recorded in the 'Inventory' section, providing a close measure of profit for each transaction. -->Full implementation: a database that records product cost information as it is entered and timestamps the entry. User could select FIFO (first in, first out) or LIFO (last in, first out) accounting methods to drive the logic determining product cost for a given sale. =>For example: a user buys 5 packs of cinnamon rolls for $3/ea on Jan 1 and 6 packs for $2/ea on Jan 15. GHL records the existence of these in inventory with their stated cost at that time. When the cinnamon roll is purchased on Jan 23rd, the revenue would be recorded based on the sale price and the cost would be recorded either as $3 (FIFO) or as $2 (LIFO) depending on the accounting method selected.

Appointment Report: custom fields, adjustable columns, filter A to Z, contact source is not accurate, issue in UX, etc
I am still using a Gsheet to analyze my data as the current appointment reporting has issues: 1- First, it would be nice if we could adjust columns (make them smaller like in gsheet) like the contact page so we can see all the columns in one go. Right now I have to zoom out at 50% to see multiple columns. 2- It would be great if we can order data by A to Z or select specific results like in gsheet (example: select only appointments booked by user A) 3- I analyze my data by contact Source (example: Facebook ads lead, vs Google Ads lead) I want to be able to see this field, and currently the suggest source is not it. I need to analyze what source gives me the best results, this is essential to make good decisions on how to invest on marketing going forward. 4- I'm interested to track down who initially book the first appointment on each lead and see show up rate, and conversion rate. I have a custom field 'Booked by' and we track who booked it including Chat AI or Voice Ai. I want to be able to see custom fields such as this one. Your field 'Created by' does not track appointments booked by chat ai or voice ai. Or booked via a form. 5- Would be good to have other fields like Opportunity Stage, it would reveal good information on the data. Once I see those improvements, I will stop using Zapier to feed my Ghseet :) Thanks for making a great platform!!
