Reporting

Add Native Dashboard Widgets for WhatsApp Automation & Campaign Analytics
Problem Statement Currently, WhatsApp campaign performance can only be monitored via two locations: Contacts > Bulk Actions: Ideal for manual bulk sends, but lacks deep integration with automation workflows. Automations > Workflow Action Statistics: Deep analytics, but buried inside individual workflow steps. The Use Case / Agency Challenge Many agencies manage GoHighLevel on a managed service model, where automations carry out the bulk of WhatsApp campaigns (e.g., sending broadcasts, listening for keyword replies, and triggering follow-up actions). Because clients can easily break complex logic, agencies often restrict client access to the Automations tab. However, this creates a major reporting barrier: Clients cannot view real-time campaign performance without workflow access. Navigating to Bulk Actions is unintuitive for non-technical client users and doesn't capture automation-triggered broadcasts. Agency teams waste time manually exporting workflow stats into external reports or CSVs. Proposed Solution Introduce native WhatsApp Dashboard Widgets to the Custom Dashboard builder (similar to existing SMS and Google/Meta Ad widgets). Specifically, we need widgets that allow us to report on both Workflow Actions and Bulk Actions: WhatsApp Campaign / Action Metric Cards (Scorecards)Total Sent, Delivered, Read, Replied, and Failed. Filterable by: Specific Workflow, Specific WhatsApp Action Step, or Date Range. WhatsApp Analytics Charts (Donut / Bar Charts)Visual delivery breakdown (Sent vs. Delivered vs. Read vs. Failed). Interactive Button Click Rates (Quick Replies / CTA Clicks). Macro WhatsApp Performance Overview WidgetTotal WhatsApp messages sent across the sub-account over a selected timeframe, breaking down total engagement (Replies & Clicks). Business Impact / Why This Matters Client Retention & Transparency: Clients get immediate, high-level visibility into campaign ROI right when they log in to their main dashboard. Agency Efficiency: Eliminates the need to build complex workarounds (like tagging every recipient and passing custom fields just to populate a contact widget). System Security: Allows agencies to keep Automations locked down safely without sacrificing reporting capabilities for clients.
