Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language)
Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.

Defenetily needed! The new custom report is a start, but there are too many metrics missing to really use it. For example, there is no way of getting stats on SMS, reviews, no. of total messages (email/sms), cost and time savings etc.
An amazing feature would also be to have an summary and recommendations section that can be powered by AI to give customers a written overview of what happened in the previous month and what we recommend moving forward.

The dashboard NEEDS to have ALL METRICS regarding funnels/pages/form submissions and email & SMS campaigns right there! As well as automations! With the ability to click and download the data RIGHT THERE! I guess GHL is meant to be a CRM, but that is not how we are using it... For us, it's just a marketing platform... It works great for that, but the dashboard is useless at the moment.... If we can show our OWN metrics from imported data (contacts), that would be AMAZING!!!

I fully agree to having access to customised reporting for each client that can be branded and downloadable as a PDF so these can be sent via email to multiple team members who do not have access to GHL. Even better would be the option to schedule these.

Im still surprised all reporting isn't available in the REPORTING tab...email/sms analytics could easily be placed there as well.
