Just about every feature in the platform has it's own reports which get's confusing (not to mention there's no central design language)
Would love to see all these reports pulled into one spot: the dashboard. The dashboard should also be fully customizable to swap in/out stats, resize tiles, etc.

My only complaint with GHL is the limitations of it's reporting. It is extremely hard to track KPIs in GHL. Would love a fully customizable dashboard that can pull in all kinds of data.

GHL Reporting is super unhelpful in most respects. Scattered across the platform, poorly organized, poorly presented. For a "CRM", not being able to see call reporting, outbound email stats, and sales activities is pretty weak from a sales management perspective. Nice funnel building, but lots of areas of opportunity to improve in the practical senses.

Reporting is EVERYTHING. I'm shocked that there is no central dashboard here that is fully customizable. What a complete shame when it's so nicely visible but so useless to pull data I need.

GHL doesn't even have a lead generation summary report. I thought this was a software that cares about lead generation... and Nowhere is the summary of leads. Should have been the very first report they ever created. Blows my mind.

And have reports be PDF exportable! Clients love deliverables, why not get a "snapshot" view of a particular period that can be automatically sent to them.
This would allow us to consolidate all reporting into the system and be a better use case.

Yes and more sales specific reporting, the current reporting for sales specifically is lacking, we need a more detailed and robust sales mechanisms that reports on specific pipeline actions, with a sales forecast and management feature in mind.
