More robust sales reporting and sales forecasting. Pipeline accumulative reporting for each quarter. The current reporting is not up to standard and it's making it difficult to convert business, as it does not cater for sales teams, reporting and sales managers to easily monitor and engage the sales team based on their performance as depicted in the sales reports.

How is this still not done yet? Desperately need a sales report by product that we can export to show customer details and number of purchases for a particular product.

And for Engagement Score - how do we NOT have this in Reporting, Dashboards, and as Actions in Workflows? If we really want to have strong sales intelligence, we need ALL of the dots connected throughout the whole system, not just 1 part. Thank you!
