I would like to request an improvement to the Agency Dashboard reporting, allowing agency admins to view the number of form submissions received by each sub-account within a selected date range.
We currently manage approximately 130 sub-accounts, and there is no efficient way to see how many form submissions each account has received during a particular month without manually accessing each sub-account individually.
The existing Agency Dashboard export provides overall form submission counts, but these cannot be filtered by submission date or broken down by month. The date filter available relates to when the sub-account was created, rather than when a form submission was received.
It would be extremely useful to have:
  1. A date range filter (e.g. 1st–31st October).
  2. A breakdown of form submission totals for each individual sub-account within that period.
  3. The ability to export these figures into a CSV or Excel report.
  4. Ideally, the option to view this information directly within the Agency Dashboard.
Why is this important?
For agencies managing large numbers of sub-accounts, having centralised reporting is essential. With 130 locations to manage, manually accessing every account to collect monthly submission figures is extremely time-consuming and makes it difficult to monitor performance efficiently.
This feature would significantly improve reporting, save time and give agencies much better visibility of activity and performance across their entire network.
