Ability to have selectable button options in the website chat window that pops up for site visitors that they can click on.. ie schedule appointment, FAQ, Request call back etc

Ability to have customizable pre-determined buttons to show up in chat widget for common things like "directions", "pricing", "appointment", etc that we can have an auto reply message to when the specific button is clicked of course this is in addition to being able to just type a message like usual.

Yes - the widget can be modernised to include buttons for quick actions that can be customised by the site owner.

I agree the widget needs more functionality
