We need a feature to allow us to find duplicates in bulk so we can merge them. otherwise they receive double the emails and texts and it costs us more

I have an account with +2000 contact and a lot of them are duplicates, now the sub account doesn't want the duplicates and i think it would be a great idea if we have the ability to search for duplicates so we can manually merge them

You can prevent duplicates in settings. However, different emails or phone numbers become a problem depending on how you set it up.
