Please give us the option to let clients choose whether they pay services online or in person. This flexibility is needed in general, and it also ensures that clients who have gift cards can still book without forcing everyone to pay online.

Just like the v1 service calendars, it would be nice if clients can choose number of guests use services. Now I'm testing and there is only "Just me", if clients want to book for their friends, it's impossible for now.

Airbnb, Booking, etc.. take 20% cut and I want to build a rental object funnel where you can select your timerange on a calender and get an price depending on the pricerange of the season.

The new Services does not have support for WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp Templates Do Not Support Service Booking Variables ({{serviceBooking.*}}) Lets take one variable for example: Currently WhatsApp templates support {{appointment.start_time}}, which is fine if it is the normal calendars. But for the new service calendars, u need {{serviceBooking.start_time}}, which is currently unavailable in the WhatsApp templates. This makes it impossible to send out reminders and confirmations via WhatsApp. I request the addition of the new Service Calendar variables in the WhatsApp Templates.

Current Limitation: When using Service Variations to offer multiple packages under one service, there's no option to add individual descriptions for each variation. This forces us to either: Create separate services for each package (cluttering the service menu), OR List all packages without being able to explain what's included in each one Why This Matters: For photography businesses like ours, we offer 3-4 packages per service category (e.g., Maternity Mini, Maternity + Family, Maternity Print Pack). Each package has different: Session durations Number of images Included products (albums, prints, USBs) Family member allowances Without individual descriptions for variations, clients can't see what they're actually booking, making the variations feature essentially unusable for service-based businesses with tiered offerings. Requested Solution: Add a "Description" field for each variation (similar to how services have descriptions), allowing us to clearly communicate what's included in each package option. Example Use Case: Service: "Maternity Photography" Variation 1: Mini Digital Pack - [DESCRIPTION: 45 min, solo mum, 10 images, 1 gown, USB delivery] Variation 2: Family Digital Pack - [DESCRIPTION: 60 min, mum + partner, 10 images, 1 gown, USB delivery] Variation 3: Print Pack - [DESCRIPTION: 90 min, full family, 25 images, 2 gowns, album + prints included] This would allow service providers to effectively use variations instead of creating dozens of duplicate services. Impact: This enhancement would significantly improve the booking experience for clients and reduce backend complexity for service providers managing multiple package tiers.

If contact has the ability to add more than 1 guests to the class booking calendar, it could be used as an activity booking calendar. It will show available slots, then we can add multiple guests and payment is taken according to the number of guests added to that event.

Service booking functionality either needs to be built out further ASAP...or let us assign services to a Calendar so we can use Calendar functionality for Service bookings. Can't access service booking fields within email builder (all "appointment" fields are strictly for meeting calendars, like the "Add to Calendar" or Cancel/Reschedule links). Can't create a custom booking link for a service Meeting Calendars and Service Bookings resource assignment does not communicate so they have to be used completely independent of each other. Shared resources would be nice. Please please help!

Service Version 2 should be able to create multiple different booking pages. Currently, Service Version 2 is using only one shared booking page. So if my business has different types of services—for example, I have a nail salon with nail services, and I also have a dental clinic with dental services—both service types are being displayed on the same booking page. This creates a conflict and makes my customers very confused when they see unrelated services from different industries on one single page. So what we need is for Service Version 2 to support separate booking pages for each service category or each type of business.

Please customize the date format based on the selected Country and/or time zone selected within Business Info. (Working example: we have a sub-account client based in Australia and their date format is different from us here in the US). We were told by GHL Support: At this time, the date and time format in Contacts and Conversations is standardized across the platform, and it currently follows the format (MM/DD/YYYY). Unfortunately, there isn’t a setting to change this individually for specific sub-accounts such as Australian locations. I know this may not be the ideal experience for your international clients, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience.
