Airbnb, Booking, etc.. take 20% cut and I want to build a rental object funnel where you can select your timerange on a calender and get an price depending on the pricerange of the season.

If contact has the ability to add more than 1 guests to the class booking calendar, it could be used as an activity booking calendar. It will show available slots, then we can add multiple guests and payment is taken according to the number of guests added to that event.

There should be the option on the calendar appointment widget for set the appointment type to recurring or normal.

Allow the calendar to book multiple non consecutive days

Adding 'multiple' Calendar Duration selection to the calendar and allow for reservations for short term rentals would be ideal for helping RV Parks, Property Management Companies, etc manage short term rental properties independently of AirBnB or Rover Pass and others.

The current workaround: Manually creating the appointment in each calendar, retyping all the details — time-consuming, error-prone, and not very user-friendly. The proposed solution: Add a simple “Duplicate to Another Calendar” (or “Copy & Paste”) option directly from the appointment view, with an option to link it so changes in the main booking auto-update in the duplicates. This would: Save time by avoiding repeated data entry. Keep calendars in sync automatically. Ensure accuracy and reduce errors. Problem: As an admin in GHL, when an appointment is canceled by a lead/customer, I am not able to 1) see "Reason for Canceling" appointment is in 1) Appointment List View or 2) Appointment Report. When an appointment is canceled by a staff member, there is not a corresponding filed in the appointment to record the reason for cancellation Expectation: As an admin in GHL, in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, and Appointment details, when an appointment is canceled (whether by the lead/customer using the cancelation link or by staff members using the GHL web app or mobile app, I should be easily able to see the reason for appointment cancelation in one field who canceled the appointment As a staff member using GHL, I should be able to add "Reason for Canceling" to the appointment when canceling it so that data is collected and displayed in the same places Use cases: easily track why a lead/customer canceled an appointment in one place Easily track which staff member is fielding the most cancellations Easily track which staff members who book appointments has the most cancellations Track if there are patterns to cancellations Be able to investigate and follow up with staff if an appointment was mistakenly cancelled

I need a calendar system designed for businesses that operate regular recurring rounds, like window cleaning, gardening, domestic cleaning, etc. Here is exactly what I mean: Client Grouping by Route or Round I need to group clients into "rounds" or "routes" so I can assign a whole group to a specific day (like a Monday route in Ullapool). Recurring Frequency per Client Each customer should be set to repeat on a custom cycle like every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or other fixed intervals. I need this to repeat the route, not just a single appointment. Batch Rescheduling If I move a round due to weather or staff absence, I want to drag the whole group of appointments to a new date. I should not have to move every booking individually. Automatic Reminders Each customer in the round should automatically get a text or email the day before their service. Currently I have to do this manually in GHL unless the customer has an appointment in the booking calendar, which does not work well for rounds. Route View on a Map Ideally, I want to view the round on a map to optimise routes, similar to how Squeegee and Jobber allow you to see clustered customers on a map. Simple Staff Assignment I need to assign a team member to a round and have their calendar update automatically with that round's customers. No Manual Booking Per Job In round work, we do not manually book each job. The calendar creates the schedule automatically based on the round frequency. Your current system feels more like a one-time booking platform. This kind of calendar setup is standard in our industry. Platforms like Squeegee, Jobber, and Launch27 already offer this. If GHL is going to work for service businesses like mine, we need this kind of functionality.

client wants multiple time options and a large offering. 1. would love for user to be able to select time of appointment and not have a different calendar for each. 2. please make it easier to add staff to multiple calendars when creating new team members.

You've added a new option so that when adding a new staff member, a calendar is automatically created with their name and schedule. In our case, we don't need this, and we'd like to have the option to disable this option since we have to delete the calendars created for each staff member from all the sub-accounts we have when creating the sub-accounts or from old sub-accounts. It would also be great to have the option to select multiple calendars at once to delete them, not just one at a time.
