Currently, HighLevel does not allow overlapping availability across multiple calendars for the same user. This is a major limitation for businesses like fitness studios or coaching centers where one coach (Personal Trainer) may offer different services — each tied to a separate calendar — but still wants to allow multiple people to book at the same time.

Example:

Calendar A: “Personal Training” (1 spot/hour)

Calendar B: “Open Gym” (4 spots/hour)

Calendar C: "online coaching program" (10 spots/hour)

All on time slot (for example June 17, 12:00 PM)

Same user assigned to both calendars

Right now, once one spot is booked on one calendar, all others are blocked due to user availability conflict.

🔧 Feature Request:

Allow the ability to set shared availability across multiple calendars for a single user — with capacity settings per calendar.

🎯 This would massively improve usability for multi-service businesses and eliminate the need for fake user workarounds.

This is a crucial feature for scaling HighLevel within the health, coaching, and service industries.
