I think it is better to transfer the booking settings from global to per listing. In this case we can create multiple listing with different schedule.

- Is it truly the case that we cannot synch a Meeting Calendar with internal Services and Rentals? Do I have to create a Google calendar SOLELY for the purpose of synching between HighLevel internal assets?
- For Rental Calendar, can we get Internal Notes accessible as a Custom Field for sending in Notification email?
- Can we get calendar grid option for Month View of Rental Calendar as an option to this flowing stream of dates?

- This could be tricky as there can be multiple internal notes.
- That view will not be very intuitive when we have multiple listings, imagine having 7 days booking across 3 different listings, it can get difficult to understand what is being booked for when, and would need a single listing to be filtered if we think of accomodating this. Nonetheless, let's see your use-case on the call and how you are visualizing this, and how that can help with a better experience.

To make Rentals properly usable, each listing needs its own availability and scheduling settings.
At the moment, booking settings appear to be global. That causes problems for businesses with multiple rental units, because each unit may have different:
• available dates
• check-in and check-out rules
• booking limits
• blocked days
• pricing logic
What is needed is:
• availability settings at the listing level
• scheduling rules at the listing level
• booking rules at the listing level
Example:
If a business has 5 rental properties, each property should be able to have its own calendar and its own booking rules, without affecting the others.
This would make Rentals much more practical for real-world use and much easier for agencies to sell.
