Ability to Book 2 People to the Same Calendar Appointment

We need the ability to book two staff members to go to a single meeting location. We need to be able to enter a physical location in the location field that changes with each appointment and is modifiable at any given moment and updates automatcially to the scheduler as well as the two staff members in the field. The notes on the calendar booking will need to carry over from the GHL to outlook as we are an outlook based company.

How on earth is this not yet available? It boggles the mind that you cannot invite multiple people to a meeting

Real estate meetings typically have multiple people attending. I would like the ability to add Associated Contacts and/or Guests that aren't in the system yet. Although it could prompt to add Guest's contact record, then include the option to create an association when a non-contact record guest is added.
When I create an event from the calendar tab it lets me choose a contact, then the window says type email to choose a contact, when I do that it removes the first one I selected... even though I didn't ask it to remove anyone.
Does anyone know the work around? Do I need to go to the public page of a calendar to create appointments as the user in order to be able to add guests???

Even if you pick classroom, it still does not allow our client to click and schedule a meeting directly in their calendar and invite more than one person at the same time.
Ex: In Real Estate, you want to invite both husband and wife ( or ex's) at the same time to a meeting or a property visit. How come we can't invite more than one contact at the same time and why can't we add more the one user at the same time. It's what everyone is used to do in other planning tools, and a reccurring questions/unsatifactions we get from our clients. Thanks in advance! :)

We do web design and weekly need to invite multiple client team members to discovery calls. We have been having to create a meeting with the lead, then go into Google Calendar and add extra people. This is so frustrating because we want to have all contacts in GHL and just add who we want to an appointment.
