Hello Go High Level team,
I'd like to bring to your attention a crucial point concerning the user experience of the GHL calendar, which is generating a lot of customer dissatisfaction, to the point where we're losing subscribers.
Currently, availability slots (working hours) are not visually differentiated in the calendar.
This forces users to go to Settings → “Availability” section → manually check their schedules, simply to find out what time their day starts and ends.
On the majority of competing tools (Calendly, Acuity, etc.), these time slots are automatically highlighted (by a different color or a highlighted area, as in the example in the photo with google Agenda), allowing users to quickly view their work schedules directly on the calendar, without having to navigate elsewhere.
This is a basic feature expected in any appointment scheduling tool today.
It's a real gap, and I get a lot of complaints about it from my customers. To be completely transparent, I've even seen customers cancel their subscription solely because of this recurring frustration.
So I urge you to prioritize the development of this very simple, but essential UX feature for customer retention.
