The new quiz builder has tiers and categories but not the ability to associate answers with specific outcome - or the ability to display the outcome based on their answers (only scores for each category).

Remove access to quizzes in sites area. Users with limited access to only their assigned data should not have access to be able to edit and delete all quizzes.
