You can choose a score greater or equal to. And you can choose equal or less than.

But you cannot choose between.

So if you have 3 categories you can trigger a workflow to the lower and higher tiers but not the middle category

I.e Lower up to 30

Middle 31 to 70

Higher 79+

The middle doesn’t work in workflow triggers
