Hello team, The new chat widget whit voice AI is great, however not being able to record and transcript the call we are missing what's happening during these call , we are not able to attack the pain point or understand customer experience which allows us to enhance AI behavior. Is there any plan regarding launching this feature soon?

Send SMS to caller

It would be great if the Voice AI Chat widget could send an SMS to the caller, confirming a receipt of their message. Another great way to collect lead's info.

It would be great if the Voice AI Chat widget could transfer calls to a live agent. The Agent would collect the caller's for Name and Number and then call the caller's number asking them if they want to be connected to a live agent. If the caller says YES, it connects them right away. It would be great for business owners and also good for GHL to have users use more minutes ($/min).
