One of the greatest things about the chatbot is that it is directly integrated to the conversations tab, which I find so amazing. However, this is being overshadowed of the fact of how low-quality the chatbot's design is. It would be so amazing for us to be able to customize the chatbot much more, and actually gives it this premium look for us who seeks this for our websites.
