LC Email System

More than 1 active dedicated domain at a time
Currently you can only have 1 active dedicated domain at a time. This can be frustrating as you may have different dedicated domains for different functions such as xyz@support.xyz.com , xyz@bookings.xyz.com , xyz@marketing.xyz.com . If we have the ability to have multiple dedicated domains at once it can smoothen the process and increase professional communications for clients

Receiving inbound emails with gMail SMTP
Highlevel somehow is not able to receive external inbound emails from GMail?

outbound emails from multiple domains for emails
Please add the option to send emails from multiple domains. Like one domain for marketing and another for entry-level clients and a 3rd one for membership clients etc. This will help tremendously with email deliverability. Thank you for your great work.

LC Email System - Only For Specific Subaccounts
Can we make it possible for individual subaccounts to use the LC email system while others can still use the Mailgun account we've been using since before LC email system existed?

Re-verify invalid email addresses in bulk
Some times, real and valid email addresses get erroneously flagged as invalid. Clicking "re-verify" typically corrects this, updating their status to "verified." However, manually re-verifying each of these contacts, especially when dealing with hundreds or thousands of invalid contacts, is nearly impossible. A feature enabling bulk re-verification of invalid contacts would be useful in this case.

Non-Interactive One Click Unsubscribe
Google and Yahoo have specified that there needs to be a non-interactive one-click unsubscribe. Mailgun's unsubscribe tracking will only enable the list-unsubscribe feature, but not the non-interactive one click. Here are the RFC standards for both: RFC2369 (list-unsubscribe) RFC8058 (list-unsubscribe-post) (List-Unsubscribe=One-Click). Can HL add this in the message request header for both Mailgun via the API and SMTP protocol for all others?

Ability to forward emails outside of inbox
I want to be able to forward emails outside of inbox to a boss, vendor, etc. if needed. Right now I cannot and if they don't have access to the GHL account then there is no way to get them the info from the email.

Bounce & Error Rate Fixes for LC Email
Improve LC email so that >3 bounced emails out of 100 doesn't trigger a subaccount suspension for 24 hours. Error rate is miscalculated and also includes contacts that were emailed without an email address and those that have DND enabled -- these should not count for error rate LC email system should automatically filter out bounced emails by first validating them (happy to pay for this!) to prevent this.

Email Validation
High Level needs to have email validation built into their system so that emails that were once marked as valid stay valid. We have issues now where our clients emails will function fine then all of a sudden be marked as invalid when they are infact valid, thus creating workflow issues, communications breakdowns, etc. This is a service that should be included in the offering of high level and not outsourced to a third party. We rely on high level for functionality and automations but when the automations fail and we have to double check all emails for functionality that is a huge time sucker.
