LC Email System - Only For Specific Subaccounts

Can we make it possible for individual subaccounts to use the LC email system while others can still use the Mailgun account we've been using since before LC email system existed?

Yes you can do. Set the LC Email service as the default option in the agency settings, and within the agency location settings, you can choose the sub-accounts and configure the Mailgun account.
