Call recorded options, call recorded message & record own message
I would greatly appreicate for the call recorded check box to be seperated from the message. We should be allowed to record a call, and then get to choose if we want to have a message. Currenly I am putting a _ in there so that the message doesn't play. The call recording message should be a toggle on/off AND allow us to record our own "your call will be recorded" message because the voice is awful. This part is lacking compared with Ai now!

Warm transfers to LC Phone numbers?
Hey there! You all just released warm transfers, which is great - but why can't we transfer to a LC phone number? The only option when we're transferring to a user is to transfer to their personal cell phone that they put in their profile settings. We really need to be able to transfer to their dedicated LC number instead. Thanks!
