Domain Management

We would like to be able to install a standard domain that can be used by all sub accounts. We create template landing pages for our clients and we use a general domain for this, that we now have to connect to every sub account one by one. It would help us a lot, if we can have one 'standard' domain that automatically connects to all of our sub accounts.

I don't want to say to my clients that they need to build a funnel page in order to have a custom domain. They wanna use their links with their own domain and not from the Agency. That will be EXTREMELY helpful for a lot of people!

Currently anyone with a wildcard record added to their domain pointing to flash.funnels.msgsndr.com for convenience will be able to add multiple domains into GHL at once without adding those DNS records. Any bad actor (GHL user) who recognizes this will be able to add multiple domains and could run unethical/illegal services using domains that don't belong to him/her. This is a security loophole and must be resolved immediately. P.S. There are close to 20 domains of others in our group that have a wildcard DNS record. (could be more) and are vulnerable to this.

Domain connect Branded domain Email Domain Community domain These are all scattered all over the place. We need domain connection to ask to add ALL of these in the DNS instead of doing it one by one from 5 different places.

Would be cool if we could add masking options to url forwarding in gohighlevel the way it is in DNS, where you can choose to have the URL bar not display the forwarding address.

We love the update to add a wildcard redirect for the www subdomain to the root domain during domain connection, however - the fact that the www subdomain remains as an option to be selected to connect a funnel or website to is problematic. Many users are not tech savvy enough to understand that a redirect is set up or that they need to select the root each time. It would be immensely helpful to hide the www subdomain from the list of domains that can be connected to, once it is set up to simply forward all traffic to the root domain.

Currently, the only way we know it's been done is to do a reverse DNS lookup on the IP, which is time-consuming. I suggest creating a ticket when we submit a PTR request so we are kept in the loop as to the following: PTR Request was received (with details on the request to confirm we gave you the correct info) DNS has been updated on your end.

Ability to create a Google Analytics account as well as Google Search Console for the account. Since we have domain connection and Google connection already, this could potentially make life so much easier for the user.

Hi, looking for advice. We are on the start of our journey with gohighlevel. We are just setting up Dedicated domains for each sub account and are wondering if its best just to set up a couple of dedicated domains for each sub account with LC email. Say Email.'domain' & Reply.'domain'. Or set up multiple dedicated domains - i.e support, orders, delivery, collection etc for each part / process of the business so that we can set up and track automatic workflows easier across platforms (ecommerce - invoicing - surveys - deliveries etc). Not sure if im over complicating things with multiple dedicated domains or, with an eye on growth, its best to have multiple domains per sub account. Any advice welcome. Thank you in advance.
